The hotel was recently renovated so everything was clean and amenities were wonderful. Close to EC Row so easy to get to anywhere in the city. The rooms have no carpet, which is a plus and the beds very comfortable. Despite being close to busy streets, very quiet. Breakfast is amazing with hot and cold items. Lots of variety and keurig coffee machine in the room. The front clerk, after arrival was very friendly.

Check in is at 3 pm and we arrived 15 mins early and were told by the front clerk there is a charge for early check in but would waive it ‘this time’. Knowing this, next time we will be sure to arrive right on time or after. There should be a grace period when checking in so as not to make the customer feel unwelcome

The rooms and furniture felt new and was very clean, exactly as shown in pictures. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. Hallways were wide, brightly lit with new carpeting throughout. All appliances worked. Family was happy too. Breakfast was descent and continuously stocked. Will definitely stay again.

No elevators at this hotel means hauling all the luggage upstairs, making the luggage carts useless. No handicap buttons, even for the main lobby doors.

I was more focused on price, so I think I got the value I paid for. The exterior was nothing remarkable. The interior was simple, but the room itself was nice. Again, simple, but enough for my purposes. It was clean, and it smelled nice, which I appreciated. The room was small, the bathroom was small but then so was the cost. The breakfast was more than enough for me. Eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt. Cereal and oatmeal, bagels, and toast were available. Juices, milk, and coffee.

The room was very clean, the bed SUPER COMFY and clean.

The hotel is in the middle of a renovation, so there were building materials stored in the side hall by the side entrance - which wasn't an inconvenience for us. All else was clean. The breakfast area is very small and crammed: the coffee is .... not good (but this is a matter of taste), and there is little choice of food. I didn't eat anything (they have hard boiled eggs, pancakes, and fruit), but my husband had some pancakes. Then we went next door to Tim Hortons and had coffee and a real breakfast - for a good price.

Great location for my needs. Breakfast was excellent - I like the addition of the “make your own waffles”, sausages and omelettes.

A non skid rubber mat in the bathtub would be very helpful and a safety feature. The tubs are very slippery. The available tv channels could be updated somewhat, and provide some type of tv guide. No Food Network - disappointed, but I didn’t book the room to watch tv!

The breakfast was simple and nice. The staff there are nice. Although they won't give you any room upgrade and might charge you for late checkout. The microwave and fridge worked nicely. Also the Keurig coffee machine.

The sofa was dirty and old. The bathroom was unclean, a spider came out. The shower curtain was filled with black marks. The bathtub was dirty. The room was unclean, then the wonderful housekeeping staff cleaned everything. They didn't have any cabinets. Which is surprising because the single king bedroom had one.

For us this hotel provides a great experience for the price paid. What's most important to us is that the rooms are clean (which they are), the hotel is quiet, and that the hotel is located close to our fertility clinic in Windsor. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. We appreciate the breakfast included as well! The only thing we would suggest to improve the hotel is to have better signage (as others have mentioned).

Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice; the bed was so comfortable.

No pool?!! For the price, wish there would have been a pool. Clock was not working in the room - displayed wrong time, so thought we were late, til we checked our phones, lol! Would have liked to listen to the radio, but could not understand how to work this item! No biggie though. Under construction - long walk to get ice or to reception.

The location was great for my personal reason for being in Windsor. The reasonable price was also a contributing factor. I also liked having a Tim's next door.

Unfortunately, the wifi signal in my room was weak on the 2 initial evenings . I believed it was due to full occupancy BUT it was still weak on the 3rd & final night and with low occupancy. I had to use my phone as a wifi hot-spot.

It was very clean and convenient. Breakfast was good with several hot selections. Bed and pillows were very comfy.

We had a hard time finding the front entrance since you can’t see it from the street. It could use better signage. The ambience is not very warm and inviting, with the gray doors and chicken wire reinforced windows in the hall it looks a bit like a penitentiary.
