We got upgraded to a king suite because of plumbing issues in the other room which was nice and they gave me 2k reward points for the inconvenience. The hotel is gorgeous, it has a courtyard area which is very nice.

It was two of us and they gave us a king so we had to sleep in the same bed together because we didn't want to sleep on the pull out. The TV in the living room area had black spots on it so it made it hard to watch it and the hot tub wasn't very hot, the jets were broken and the pool was very cold

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great variety of delicious food.

I reserved three rooms for my family. Two rooms were great! The third for my niece, her husband, and children had a leaky air conditioner and they had to use towels to wipe up the water. The room was a two queen suite. The hotel moved them to another room for the second night. It had only one bed. The manager was not present and never made any effort to adjust the cost for the smaller room and having to pack up and move everything for five people to another room! My niece called even after we returned home and nothing was done. This was very disappointing to me as the weekend was a gift from me for my family!!

Suite was great. Spacious and clean. Lots of amenities. Kitchen had everything. Pool and spa area were week maintained and great temperature. Everything was clean and staff were helpful as needed.

Common hallways had a foul smell and the carpets are stained and need to be replaced. Air conditioning worked great in kids room but didn't travel well to ours. Water pressure could have been better.

It was convenient to Greenfield Village, the Henry Ford Museum, and church.

I reserved three rooms for a family stay. Two rooms were fine. The third one the air conditioner was leaking water all over the floor and my niece had to clean it up. They were moved to another room for the second night. For two adults plus three children they were moved from a two queen bedroom suite to a one queen room. The manager did not return calls and I was not compensated(I paid for all the rooms for my family) for this big downgrade in rooms!

Staff called to alert that a plumbing issue happened prior to our arrival and suggested we may need to move to sister property. When we stated displeasure, they did everything they could and ultimately made arrangements for a room. Glad they were in the customer service mindset. Accidents do occur and a consumer is always pleased when it does not alter our much needed vacations. The outdoor courtyard is delightful. Very peaceful.

Breakfast was good, pool was large and clean, room was clean

You could not get more bath towels. We had a party of 8 in our room and could only have 6 towels at a time, so we had to swap dirty towels out to get more clean.

My sister-law rented the room for us for a family vacation. The room was fine.

Three rooms were reserved for our family vacation. It would have been nice to have them close together as requested, not on different floors.

The menagement had to switch our group of 8 people to Holiday Express Inn . The motel had clean and newer accommodations. Spacious room. Comfortable set up
