The location was great, right in Walkerville with great restaurants and shops. Minutes from the US border and close to the river where you can catch of glimpse of Lake St. Clair to the right and downtown Detroit and Windsor to the left. The bed was exactly as described and we greeted warmly upon arrival by Rita. We definitely would stay there again when hotel rates are around $200/night. Thank you for a nice weekend getaway!!

Noisy staircase where you can everyone going up and down. Water pressure in the shower was on the weak side too.

Way better than a hotel, seriously. My wife's knee is messed up, and she actually teared up when she saw the place I booked. It doesn't look like much from the outside, and the neighborhood isn't the best. But after a good night's sleep and a fresh breakfast, she was already talking about coming back. The staff is awesome, and you'll be staying somewhere with some real personality.

Heads up, parking's on the street. The waterfront's like, 5k away. Basically, if you're not driving, you're stuck. So, you know, plan for that.

Perfect location. Not by the main road, but close to the train station and the riverwalk. I took a walk around town and realized that it's not far (40 min walk) from the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel. I checked in and out by myself, and the instructions from the owner were very clear. I was there on Christmas Eve, and the house was warm (warmer than my own apartment, haha) and very Christmasy with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the living room. My room with a bathroom was very comfortable. I like the desk in the room so that I could use my laptop with good posture. It seemed that there were other guests in the house that night, but they were very quiet and I barely heard them. Street parking right outside the house.

The property is located in a quiet area of town. It's about a 20 min walk from the train station. The place has a rustic charm; paint is a little chipped here and there. But the hosts keep it very clean. From what I understand, each room is a bit different. Mine came with a private bathroom, TV, and a little fridge. I didn't try the breakfast, so I'm not sure what it's like. Wifi and air conditioning worked very well.

Nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay again.

From the kind staff to the comfortableness of the lovely home and mattress, and not to mention the huge breakfast the most food we've ever received, everything was just perfect. My husband and I met some very nice people at breakfast time which is always a plus. We got away just for some R&R and had such a wonderful time, we will be visiting again. Thank you Renee and Eye you were such good hosts and made us feel right at home😊

Renee was very nice and helpful. Everything went as expected. The breakfast was very generous and good. I would return to this Bed and Breakfast if I ever go back to Windsor, Ontario in the future. It was a cool old house! Thanks, Renee or Renae. ( Not sure how to spell her name. )

We go to Bed and Breakfast's rentals fairly frequently and I would say this wasn't the coolest old house I've ever seen but it was very nice.

Breakfast and greeter/host were excellent.

Not much to write here, but leaving a light on at the entrance for night time coming in would be safer and more convenient, as would a hook to hang up clothes/robe in bathroom. Also, re the street lights coming in the window at night, a pull-down blind to the AC unit would help block out some of this light.

The breakfast was incredible. Hot, delicious and filling. Fruit, yogurt, sausage, bacon, English muffin, eggs, orange juice and delicious coffee. Our bed was very comfortable.

The upper suite had a window air-conditioner. It was loud, and for that reason, I didn't get a restful sleep. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Staff was very, very nice and helpful. Room was very large (not 1400 feet as described), but it had windows on all four sides which provided a lot of light. Bed was comfortable. Location was great. Parking available.

Breakfast was good, but very similar all four days. It would have been nice to have a microwave. Lighting was a little difficult to figure out, but not a big deal.

This was such a beautiful surprise for my sister and I , we arrived to find that we had been upgraded to such a wonderful ❤️ room.My sister has never stayed In a bed & breakfast and I got the the three course breakfast included it was fantastic. The staff was so nice, it was like staying with family.Thank you so much, we would definitely recommend here and we will be coming back.
