Nice location and comfy beds! The rooms and bathroom were clean and the room was a good size.

I am a bit of a light sleeper and I found the mini fridge to be very noisy. I kept waking up in the middle of the night. I tired to unplug it but couldn't find the socket... Also was a bit surprised there was not breakfast buffet, you had to order from a menu. Because I have dietary restrictions, it was hard to pick something that would work for me. But the waitress was very helpful and offered to fix up a bowl of fruit, which was divine!

The room was airy and bright and very modern. The room was clean overall- with an exception. The robes and balcony were nice touches. The weather was perfect for sitting out on the balcony.The walk in shower was lovely, and the towels were great. No plastic cups and glasses - glass and china. Very quiet and relaxing. I would definitely book there again.

When we first walked into the room it smelled of dirty feet - solved by opening the patio door. We found hair on the bathroom floor and the entrance floor - reception offered to change our room but not convenient. The nespresso machine was very dusty - we wiped it down. The staff was not friendly but not rude. We got what we needed.

I loved how friendly the staff were. They help out making the check in process very easy and straight forward. Also love how they provide you with every amenity you may need in the room.

When i went there, there was a conferece or an expo of some sort. seems like it happens often from what i heard from some staff. It can get very noisy until early in the morning

The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. We took a lovely walk into the old town in the evening on recommendation from the lady on reception and it was well worth it there were nice places to have a drink and eat. We really enjoyed our short time here and it exceeded our expectations. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The hotel is newly renovated, very clean and the staff are friendly. They even made sure to accommodate my special request!

There is an extra $35 (excl. Taxes) charge if you are travelling with a dog while that is fair, I wish that amount was specifically mentioned when booking so that people know if it's a standard price or not.

The restaurant was under construction which was a little inconvenient, no way to add warm food with the breakfast and still paid the same for the room.

Great location, warm welcome, excellent room. And one of the best restaurants we have eaten in (and we have eaten in some great restaurants on 5 continents).

It would have helped to know that the restaurant was closed on Sunday evenings and Monday mornings. But we found a number of other good eateries just a couple of kilometres away in old Beloeil. A marked paucity of tourist info

Nice location along the Richelieu River, great walking area and selection of good restaurants nearby in Beloeil. Plus the restaurant at the hotel is first class.

that we couldn't stay an extra night, but they were booked for a wedding so not anyone's fault.

The staff were professional, very friendly, and very welcoming! The room was very clean, very spacious and the bathroom was exceptional! Location picturesque, but also cozy and inviting.

The room was stuffy when we arrived. Had to open the window to let winter air in to give the room a more fresh atmosphere.

Not enough parking for hotel guests b/c of wedding guests and on top of it the restaurant guests. And the fact that my father in laws car was hit in parking lot and there were no cameras??!!! Staying on the first floor too, it was hard to sleep with the blaring of the music until 2 am while wedding was going especially as people would go on and out and not close door behind them
