We're really happy with this place! The location is great, the kitchen is fully functional, and the room is spacious. The pool is sparkling clean, and the sauna is a nice touch. It's peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for. Although it's not directly in Mont Tremblant village, we appreciated its proximity to the supermarket and gas stations. The simplicity of the accommodations was actually a plus for us, and we didn't feel the need for a luxurious hotel experience. Plus, the check-in process was super smooth and efficient.

How big the room was . Love that it had a fridge, stove and microwave.Bathroom was great . Beds was comfortable .

I didn't like the carpets in the room. Also a slight smell when i get in but eventually you get use to it. My daughter is very sensitive to dust i feel the carpets needed a deep clean she was constantly sneezing . Also the banister upstairs was dusty . However overall the basic cleaning was good . I did enjoy my stay.

Fantastic sized accommodation, with a very well equipped kitchen and a constant supply of tea coffee (ask at reception if more required). Our room was split level with the bedroom upstairs. Big TV in lounge area of the room. Friendly staff. Nice pool available and towels from reception. Lots of parking in the parking lot.

The walls were so thin we could hear a child in an adjacent room crying late at night. Seating area looked nice and modern, but sofa not comfortable. Could do with some cushions.

The hotel offered us a very comfy stay. Both beds were excellently soft. Complete kitchen items. View was very nice! 3 big grocery stores only few minutes walking distance! Even cleaning items included if you're worried after preparing food for family or friends. We actually arrived 2pm and tried to check-in. We were checked-in, but was informed we may only enter the room at 4pm (which was understandable coz it is their standard check-in time). We decided to wait outside until we can settle our stuff. At 3:30pm, this gentleman approached us and asked what our room number was, and upon confirming, he said we may now enter our room! We were thankful he asked us, and we think he was the one who parked beside our car and saw us beforehand. Situational awareness, perfect score! =)

If you are sensitive to noise, this might not be the best option for you. It's not very loud, but you will hear cars or motorcycles with loud mufflers, or neighbor/s walking up and down the loft. It didn't bother us, though. Still a very good stay for us! In addition, maybe it's just us, but milk or creamer was not available in the room or by the reception area (thinking it might be part of their policy for people cautious of milk/creamer freshness)

The bed was very comfortable and it was located right on the highway; IGA, Maxi, and Super C are very close and also the restaurants in Saint Jovite. The receptionist was very courteous and friendly. The kitchen was well equipped. You should go have a beer at St Arnold, the food and beer are very good!

We stayed here to attend the Ironman race. We had to go early to bed to prepare for the next morning at 4:30 am. We had the misfortune to have very vocerus neighbors that kept opening and closing the door late at night. The sound on the hallway travels easily in the bedroom and this kept us awake at night. I was about to complain around 1am, but thankfully they quiet down. Not recommended if you need a quiet space.

The room was nice clean and filled with ready to use amenities such as ustencils and stove which are good for families. On site parking, accomodation for kids and simple way to keep an eye on them without parents losing privacy

sofa bed was not comfortable, and not sure if there was an option for a king bed in the mezzanine but it would be better.

I believe it’s the best staying choice for Mont-Tremblant skiing season! As this hotel is in the skiing region, we cannot expect free breakfast but with the mini kitchen, it helps a lot with simple foods (there is a supermarket just cross the street). Oh, my favorite place of this room is the fireplace! When I saw the snow-covered trees outside the window, I felt like I was staying in a Chalet!

The hotel is conveniently located for transportation and there is a gas station nearby. Parking space is sufficient. Check-in was quick and the receptionist was friendly. Clean and hygienic and tidy. We, especially the kids, loved the design of that staircase leading to one of the bedrooms on the second floor.

1. There are only stairs and no elevator to the rooms on the second floor, which is inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. 2. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable, and it creaks when you turn over.

It was very clean , well situated and room had everything we needed in the kitchen area

The swimming pool was very warm which was great but the bottom of the pool so rough my son cut his feet both of them playing in the water and the paint also stayed on his toes .

The staff was great, big room at very good price, very close to grocery store so you can go get snack and lunch very quickly, lots of parking and the pool facility was clean and hot. There is no hot tub anymore, sauna still there :) ( this was a hit with the kids).
