Room was very spacious, with separate living room area. Breakfast area was small but had nice options. The lady that managed the waffles was very well humored and cheerful, it was nice to talk to her. There were restaurants and Walmart nearby.

Wifi speed was ok, but I frequently had to reconnect, and, whenever I did that, I had to watch a few ads of the hotel before getting access. There were homeless people in the area around the hotel, asking for money or cigarettes. They weren't disrespectful nor seemed dangerous, but still a nuisance.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, allowed a very early check in and late check out which was awesome. Rooms were clean , bed was very comfortable. Location was right near Walmart, Your Independent Grocer, a good restaurant (Copper house) and the airport . Was also an hours walk to Old Town or longer along a pretty trail around Frame Lake. Can’t say enough about courteous staff.

Only complaint was the breakfast was sparse with few clean dishes if you went half an hour before closing.

The rooms were not soundproof.

The property is located by a Tim Horton’s, Fatburger, Dollarama and Starbucks.

The hotel was outdated: carpets looked old, the lobby was sterile, small and had 3-4 chairs and the breakfast room was a room with tables (no decor).

All the mentioned facilities were provided.

They charged some extra money which they didn’t deducted from the final amount. So, there were hidden charges around$5.00

The stay was good. The staff were very good at solving issues for me, very attentive and got to things straight away. The only downside for me was a lack of hot water in the shower. It was luke warm only.

Pauline is super nice. She introduced the city to us. Best location! Tim Hortons Walmart are nearby. Near to Ingraham Trail. There was a city guard at night. We got the chance to see aurora just above the hotel!

Pillows were too soft…got stiff shoulders…

How quiet it was, the walkable distance to Tim's/Walmart, and the staff were pretty polite.

Very comfortable beds, really quiet and dark. Great for relaxation.

Breakfast wasn't a lot to choose from but it was OK.

Breakfast has good hours open and was good variety. Breakfast staff nice and helpful.

No daily room cleaning. Cleaning could be done every 2 days if can't do daily.
