I think it’s one of the best hotels. I have the staff restaurants rooms. Everything was perfect. I read a lot about reviews and I was worried about it but in my experience in eight days, it was perfect. I don’t have to wait two hours at the lobby to check in or check out everything that I read in the reviews, it was a lie. The stuff from the restaurant and stuff from the lobby so kind and disrespectful so I recommend this property if you wanna have a great time thanks foreverything.

I don’t like that I have to leave the hotel

The location is amazing and the facilities outside of the room were amazing. The breakfast bar was good, however hot food options for vegetarians were a bit limited in my view. Staff were super friendly and for anyone with security concerns this hotel is really really stringent on security protocols. Often there is police at the front, with security guards too and the concierge staff are very vigilent. I can imagine important people stay here often. The Gym is amazing, especially for anyone that loves calisthenics.

For the 5 star experience that it claims to offer the room furniture and facilities look a little worn out. The furniture is a little old, the desk chair was on its last moments and the TV was outdated too. The hotel really needs to invest in its furniture and for the price it charges it should be in better condition. It was also noisy, drilling at early hours in the morning which was weird. Also some of the photo scenic spots it shows on the website were often closed. These tiny easy to fix details really let it down. Overall I'd still say it's a great hotel.

very friendly staff nice room design large rooms with a large bathroom great location with direct access to the mall which made a late night cinema visit super pleasant great breakfast with a large selection of international and local food nicely sized pool On our next trip for Cali we will definitely stay here again.

I liked how the property had a mall below the facility very nice a lot of different retailers. very nice buffet in the morning for breakfast. Nice views of the city.

You need to have a vehicle to get around the taxi service at the hotel was very nice, but it added up after a while

The hotel is modern and beautiful. While it is right next to beautiful, modern mall with nice shops and very good restaurants, the proximity of the mall is not bothersome but a big plus! The room was spacious, and we had a lovely balcony where we sat nearly every night. The views from our room on the 10th floor were spectacular - we had the city at our feet. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was nice. The seating area we had in the front was really nice and we used the little dining table every day. I really loved this hotel with its "apartment" as we had a microwave and a fridge. The bar on the ground floor served really great cocktails, and the restaurant served very good food. We used room service often and always had a great experience with food arriving quickly and hot. The juices served were fresh and truly delicious.

The plug in the bath didn't work, so taking a bath wasn't possible. Check-in took very long, about 50 minutes, to as we had to wait, and then our check-in took a while as while. Luckily, my partner speaks fluent Spanish, or we would have been lost while checking in and when ordering room service. The hot water in the shower was at best lukewarm.

I felt safe. Security was always nice and very protective of the guest staying at the hotel and also the breakfast was really good. And I’m glad the hotel is connected to the mall

The wifi in my room I stayed in seemed like it was to far away from the wifi box which led to my connection to be very poor.

The facility is modern and well kepted....maintenance staff DAILY , had a "beautifying " crew that touched up any blemishes, chip paint smudged glass, dead plants, ect...you can tell how they present themselves is very important to them, it shows and it's appreciated

I'm from America, so the communication was trick....so if I have to pick a negative concern....it would have to be an English/ bilingual speaker at the high traffic areas ie: front desk, bar, cafeteria, ect

The staff were super friendly. checked in online and did not bring my passport but the staff worked with me to meet this requirement. The room was big, quite and clean. The room snacks were not overpriced like vegas. Bartender very friendly and attentive. Bonus: location was excellent because the mall was next to the hotel.

I checked in online but had do the same process in person. Did not enjoyed the jacuzzi because the water kept going down the drain. Called for help to fix it, front desk said that they would send the plumber to fix it but never arrived.

Always stay at Spiwak coming to Cali. Right at the Chipichape makes it the place to go shopping or have a spa day. Also, location is good. Easy to catch a cab and enjoy Cali's night life.
