Breakfast was superb

The gym was the only aspect that did not meet expectations. Very small, limited equipment and weights, and particularly the lack of AC (just open windows) in mid-July made for a very poor experience. There was no staff available for me to ask to turn on the AC

1 - The super plush beds. 2- Close to the airport. it took us under 15mins to get the hotel from the car hire place. 3 - Free underground parking. 4 - Eco friendly and sustainable. They have recycling stations and the room keys are made of wood, which is great! 5 - We had a great view of the mountain and city, which was lovely to wake up to daily. 6 - The housekeepers and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

1 - If you want to iron your clothes, you have to go down to the laundry room in the lobby, which is annoying to have to do. I requested a steamer, but they did not have this. 2 - There was no access to the terrace unless you were eating at the cafe. 3 - You have to pay to use the pool, which seems weird. 4 - The socket placement in the room needs to be thought about more.

A huge and not very new hotel. Everywhere is clean. Near the reception there is a small cafe with coffee/tea, snacks, etc. A free shuttle bus runs from the hotel to the airport every day until 12:00. Last move at 12:00. If your flight is late in the evening/night, you will have to either leave earlier with a shuttle bus or take a paid taxi. The staff is friendly and responsive, they will help and answer any questions if they know. On the ground floor there is an entrance to duty-free shops, so if you need to buy something duty-free, this is the place for you, of course, if you provide your flight tickets and your international passport. Mostly there are cosmetics, but there is also jewelry and some clothes and bags. The hotel has a swimming pool (for a fee even for residents), it is open-air, heated and there is a jacuzzi. The hotel also has a small room where you can wash, dry and iron your clothes yourself. Washing and drying service is paid. Nearby there is an exchanger for change and the purchase of tokens for washing. There is also a machine with gel for washing clothes. Equipment for snacks and water, TV, small table and chairs. The hotel also has a gym with exercise equipment. Breakfast: quite varied, large, tasty and filling. The cutlery and dishes are clean. There is a wonderful view from the panoramic windows. Room: comfortable and quite spacious. Nice view from the window. Huge comfortable bed, pillows and soft blanket, nice and warm to sleep. There is a workplace near the window. The bathroom has a bathtub, bathrobe and shower amenities. The towels are soft and pleasant.

Classic hotel with simple amenities and aesthetics. Clean. Soundproof. Super comfortable beds. There is a more mature crowd of people staying here which is nice. The location is great if you are relying on the bus system.

There must be a reason why pool access is at an added cost. I do wish they would explain why. It would be nice to have the choice of viewing the pool area to decide if it's worth paying daily for it.

The room was quite spacious and the location was perfect.

Nothing really

The hotel in general had many facilities which unfortunately we didn’t have any time to go to but the bottom floor was a duty free mall! We booked a room for 3 which had 1 single bed, 1 double bed, a working desk, a small coffee table and chair. The room was spacious enough to open all 3 of our luggages on the floor and the bathroom was also not cramped. Everyday the cleaner will give you new towels, cups and a body scrub found next to the shampoo and body wash! The cups are also disposable making the hotel very environmentally friendly. Location wise, if you booked a tour the bus would stop at the parking lot of the hotel making it easy to get to. The hotel was also close to many convenience stores (even though they have their own 7/11 inside the hotel) and many other shops like souvenirs. Personally, we found it easy to get around from the hotel as everything around us was a short walk.

The 7/11 has no gimbal and possibly other things as it is quite small! The pool times are different for children as you have to be 19+ to swim at night.

The only like is the free shuttle van to the airport and the staff as the ground level assisted us to book a taxi

Breakfast didn't met the expectation. In fact the staff there should be better trained and be more friendly especially the manager or supervisor. The room had no aircon throughout our stay! It didn't compensated or even a complimentary drink or a sincere apologises! Aircon was spoilt and yet no one bothers to inform us till we call the reception. Never provide any solution and simply said that's it till we asked for a fan. It should not happen in Lotte Hotel, it was bad experience despite the cosy room and location.

This hotel is buzzing with activity and occupancy is high because it is near city and airport. The rooms are clean and spacious. At high floor can see whole of city and airport. The pace of life here is very rush because everywhere is full of people. Going to town is convenient as bus stop is just few steps away. Public bus are abundant but only accept card payment ( CU or T card ) card since Oct 2024. The front desk staff is friendly, helpful and speaks English. I like Jeju very much.

Pace of life very rushing and can cause stress. Public bus jerks alot and can give headache if long distance.

Location: The hotel is situated close to JeJu Airport, which is between the hotel and the sea, so room can be noisy when planes are taking off or landing in the day. After about 23.15 at night and before 05.30 in the morning there are no flights - so quiet enough to sleep well. Ocean view rooms will also have a good view of the airport! In the evenings after sunset there are many fishing vessels to be seen offshore with their bright lights attracting squid. Quite magical! Rooftop restaurant has great views during breakfast and /or lunch.

The room itself was brilliant - the best bit of the hotel was definitely the pool, great for night swimming; there was even a DJ out there sometimes.

The room I booked was advertised as having a hot tub as it's main feature - when I arrived there wasnt any in sight and when I asked about it they said there were no rooms at the hotel that had a hot tub so I felt quite cheated and misled
