This is the third time I stayed at this property this year … why? The location suits me fine, close to Kangnam station exit 5 , shops, cafes, restaurants, fast and Korean street food as well as Kangnam station underground shopping

Maybe cleaning service ringing the door bell to clean the room (in all fairness this happens late morning)

Location is great with Gangnam metro about 500m away. Many bus routes around the same space. Lots of cafe's and eateries around including Karaoke if that's your thing.

Rooms are not individually climate controlled so my room was a constant 27 degrees - day and night - and I couldn't change it. I can't sleep in 27 degree heat so had a window open all night (in sub-zero winter temperatures!) just so I can get a small level of comfort and sleep.

This hotel is strategically located along many bus routes, including the airport limousine bus route, and the Gangnam metro is a 7-minute walk away. The room was well-furnished, well-lit, spacious and cosy. While the room is a bit aged, most facilities were working well.

The aircon temperature cannot be controlled from the room and it got unbearably hot at night. One of the desk lamps was faulty too.

When I checked in, the room we got was right next to the elevator and we kept hearing men swearing outside our door. So I asked the reception if we could get a quieter room and they kindly swapped us to a corner room. It was much more quiet and we were able to get a good night sleep. The buffet breakfast is my absolute favourite! They have an AMAZING selection - cold dishes, hot food, western food, and coffee, they even have a milk frother, so I was able to make a latte. Superb. Also, the location is fabulous in Gangnam. I'd definitely come back just for the food alone, haha!

The only thing I disliked was the cleanliness. There was a huge coffee stain on the coffee table in our room. I am not sure if it is permanently stained though.

The room has everything. I was surprised that he has a kitchen and a large fridge. The bathroom facilities functioned well, and it was comfortable to take a shower before going to bed. The air conditioner was effective. They even have a scanner available for use in the lobby. The location is perfect. Many good restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. I enjoy my stay a lot.

Great location, nearby restaurants and subway station. Easy to catch a taxi or Uber. Close to clinics and walking distance to shopping area in the basement of the subway. Comfortable room and spacious. Small kitchen well equipped with pots and pants, cutleries and dishes.

The bathroom was too small and no place to put your toilet bag or any other amenities. Could use some renovation and reorganize the layout. No view from the room, facing the back of another building. AC did not work properly as well as heating system did not work properly, was not able to lower the temperature.

Whenever I’m in Seoul I always tend to book to stay at this property mainly due to it’s location close to Kangnam station, restaurants and shops - the rooms are big and comfortable - wifi is great - there is also a functional kitchenette . Free water is available

Maybe the furniture is quite dark but I really have nothing to fault

great location, safe, comfortable & clean. Staff could be more resourceful helpiing guests getting rides get to different places, subway maps, clean affordable restaurants near by etc especially for people who cannot speak korean & not familiar with seoul.

staff could been more knowledgeable or more willing to help guests. need a wall clock or other way of indicating time of the day in the room

Clean and spacious, has everything you could possibly need in my opinion. The cleaning staff are super nice!

Couldn’t figure out the smart TV function which wasn’t that big of a deal. The one male staff at the front desk, usually at night, is pretty rude…we checked in pretty late at night but needed an extra blanket and he didn’t really put in the effort to find us one and just said that’s not something he does. Other staff were nice.

When I visited Korea I always stay this hotel perfect Location, washer and laundry in unit , cooking area , living area. (if you come for beauty surgery this hotel perfect for recovery ) really clean room.

Middle east family they are nice but a lot of kids running around if you like quiet on your floor.
