The room was very clean and had a beautiful view, had an AC. There's an ice machine on every floor which was awesome and I've used it every day. There's a number of 24-hour convenience stores close by (7Eleven, GS25, CU).

The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes walk from Geumcheon-gu Office Station of Line 1 of the subway system. You'll most likely be about 1 hour commute (one way) from most attractions, as most of them are on the other side of the Han River.

Great place!!! Really liked the hotel! I had clean room with very comfortable bed and sofa, desk, big tv, nice bathtub (my fav!). There are a lot of restuarants, convinience stores and Lotte Mart near the hotel. Also, It is about 20min on a bus to Gasan Digital complex with a lot of shopping malls Definitely come back there one more time!

I honestly like the hotel, however there are some cons... First of all, thin walls-means you can hear your neighbors, but i was lucky , that my neighbors were not very loud. Second, there was a little gap between the entrance door and floor, so you also can hear everything what happens in the corridor. And the last, I think the location is not very comfortable for people who are not familiar with bus routes and dont use buses in Seoul, because bus stops are very close to the hotel, but you have to walk about 20min(~2km) to Doksan station (the closest subway station). I took buses so for me it was not a problem and actually, I dont think 2km is very far , but if its summer it is insane to walk this distance. So keep in mind, that probably u will have to take taxi to subway stations

For the price, the amenities were great. The 15th floor cleaning staff were amazing and always coordinated with my partner and I the times that we were going to head out so that they could clean/make up the room. The concierge workers were all also very kind. There were good places near by to eat with a convenience store and cafe connected to the first floor lobby. There weren’t any instances of bugs either! If you order from the restaurant or cafe, there is a cute robot that will bring your order straight to your door (there is a mini kiosk on the desk where you can place an order).

To be candid, the 2nd floor restaurant, while cheap, did not fit my taste palate. The food that I could at was rather bland and all of the meet options were pork (which I cannot eat). So, if for health or religious reasons you can’t eat pork, just be attentive that that may be the only meat options available on certain days. This next point is not something I personally dislike, however, if you are coming to Korea for the first time, this may not be the best location. The main tourist areas of Seoul are all about 30mins-1 hour away by public transportation. I used to live in Korea and I’ve seen everything so for me, this location was perfect as I could easily get to main Seoul and Suwon like I wanted to.

The location was perfect, plus there was a 24-hour shop just downstairs and many places to eat in the area. Everyone was lovely and welcoming. Marco was extremely helpful and tried his best to help us out with whatever we needed....And the night shift cleaner, I didn't get his name but he was one of the loveliest people I have ever met. Blessing be upon him

Their rooms were a lot smaller than it looked on the website, and there was no iron and ironing bord. It was quite hard to use the microwave when needed as it was all the way in the basement and on the ground floor.

Good hotel with gym and laundry. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. 5-10 minute walk from the train.

We didn’t realise that using the train it takes 2 hours to get here from the airport and an hour into the main part of Seoul but that’s on us.

Great value for money. Loved being out of Seoul. Was able to catch a train down to 화서 to check out Starfield Library. Train station only 10 mins walk from hotel. If you know how to catch buses and trains, I definitely recommend staying here. Shopping centre, cafes, restaurants all in very close walking distance.

I needed to be able to take photos of my workbooks ( I keep a studygram ) for show and tell each day. But the lighting in my room made it difficult to get good photos. I remedied it by going downstairs to the hotels cafe on the ground floor.

I was only staying for 2 nights, so this was a very short stay. I decided to treat myself to the grand suite with my sibling & we were very happy with the room size. The amenities included were great, the lighting, temperature was all comfortable & the staff were incredibly helpful. The location wasn't too far from the bus stops & subways, the taxi services were very speedy & arranged by the front desk for us within minutes of asking.

The tv was limited on options & mostly all Korean. For it being the Grand suite, we were surprised to not have the option of subtitles or something like YouTube. Not an essential feature, but if just in need of a short stay & a few moments to relax in the room, the option would have been nice, considering the size of the tv in the room. It was relatively clean, but there were a few minor stains on the walls, curtains & bed sheets. The main bathroom looked like it might've needed a little touch up, but otherwise it was fantastic. No breakfast/food options.

I had a great experience with the hotel’s staff—they were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist. The location was also excellent, making it very convenient to explore the city and access key attractions through subway or bus routes.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The room lacked enough storage space, especially in terms of closets, which made organizing belongings a bit difficult. Additionally, about half of the electrical sockets were not working, which was inconvenient. The breakfast selection, while decent, could have offered more variety.

More of a residential area, 1 hr drive from the airport. Easy to get breakfast or late dinners. Lots of bakeries and cafes around. 12min walk to the subway. Safe for taking late night strolls - you will see a lot of residents walking after dinner.

Itz on line 1, so transits to line 4 or line 2 are limited to some stops only. Quite far (1 hr via public transport) from the main streets like myeongdong and hondae.

very very very clean hotel , very friendly and helpful staff with good English speaking capabilities , room has all what it needs for a basic stay. Wifi works very well . Room service good . taking the bus to Myeong-dong2 takes an hour but offers you a city tour 😊

if they can add an iron and ironing table ,that would be great. Hot Water in the bathroom was not really warm , it was hardly warm. These are the only two things that can be improved. location is good when it comes to proximity to Bus or Subway stations ( walking distance). However, it takes around an hour to get to the Myeong-dong or taeyong so make sure you factor 2 hours per day on transport only.
