The entire hotel was very clean and smelt great throughout our stay. The staff were very helpful, polite and amazingly hospitable, especially with the children. We spent 2 days in the desert which meant we didn't come back to our room for one night. Housekeeping notice this and highlighted it to Nada. She called me to check and be sure everything was OK. For me this was a very thoughtful and caring gesture. Breakfast was a good selection every day. For me the location was perfect. Away from the mayhem of Tahrir Square but only a lovely 10 minute walk over the bridge. I had a very difficult time selecting a hotel for my family and I couldn't be happier with my choice.

The only reason I gave it a 9 and not a 10 was due to the rooftop restaurant manager following a payment issue on our very first night. May seem harsh on the rest of the staff. But I'm hoping he gets demoted and any of the other staff take his place because they will definitely do a better job. Obnoxious and unreasonable fool. Once again, Nada was eager to ensure it didn't affect our stay too negatively.

You must get a Nile River view room. The room I was in had floor to ceiling windows so you feel like you're on the Nile! You can watch the hustle and bustle of the river, the streets and the bridge - all from your bed! I was room 3007. Plus the sunrise and the nighttime view are totally different to the daytime view. Another standout is the breakfast. FRESH FRESH FRESH! Makes all the difference.

Dont let the little foyer fool you. The lobby is a little underwhelming, BUT once you get to your Nile River Room youll be soooo happy. Also - theres no alcohol on the property but thats just an FYI. Not a deal breaker for me.

This was a perfect stay! I was a little sceptic at first after reading the comments, but went for it, because we got scammed in another hotel. This one is perfect, clean, staff is superb, location and the view of a Nile stunning.

Reception was very charming Nada and Vereena have taken care of us very well and professional. The hotel is very central and clean. Breakfast was good and room was always clean thanks to Omar.

Very interesting stay at this hotel , especially with nice staff at the reception , they were so helpfull and smily . One lady her name is nada she is so cute and helpfull , the best guest relation , I reccomend this hotel and decide to return back because of her hospatility .🤩

i will never come back to the hotel even with all great things in property when i checked out with my sister the manger told us that we are broken the TV when your engineer came and cheched he said this is from inside the TV, but she insisted to let us paid 450 us dollars, it was obeviuos that you planned to take from us the money, anyway I have a group of friends will come next week i was highly recomended your hotel, but yesterday i told them the story and advise them to never reserve your hotel. because you have ethical and behavior issue

1. The hotel is facing the Nile and at the most premium location 2. Staff are welcoming and supportive 3. Toiletries are clean 4. Service is excellent and round the clock 5. Roof top restaurant is a great place to relax and experience the cool breeze from the Nile 6. Food at Italian restaurant was great. We received 15% discount as well

1. The hotel is not new 2. Carpets are a bit dusty. But once requested for vacuum, they were fine Our experience We went to the hotel as a couple. The hotel gave us a smoking room. They did not check with us if we want a smoking or non smoking room. When I told about it on the first day, the hotel staff put room spray. However, the smell of cigarette was strong and it was difficult for me since I am asthmatic. The staff told that they will check if they have a non smoking room, but rever came back. Recommend to always check with guests if they need a non smoking room, else the whole experience become nauseated.
