Fantastic location. 5 minute walk to multiple shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and cosy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, nothing was a problem for them, always happy to help us. (Ordered taxis for us / directions etc) Check in was quick and easy. Our room was ready early so we were able to access our room earlier than 14h. Check out (12h) was also smooth. The hotel was happy to Store our luggage whilst we explored Barcelona for a few hours before heading to the airport later that afternoon. Noise could be heard from the street at night but nothing unexpected from the centre of Barcelona. It did not keep us awake or wake us in the night.

There was only one large towel and two small hand towels in the bathroom between 2 of us. We had to ask for more which was not a problem but we only realised after we had used the shower.

It is a very nice hotel, clean and practical, just what you need, good quality bed, mattress, bath, shower, sink, just everything. No unneeded decorations, no cheap art on the walls, minimalistic and warm, good materials.

We only had breakfast there the first morning and that was nothing special, so we decided to rather go for a walk and find a local, little coffeehouse that also served a croissant and was a far better option.

The hotel is renovated (it is a historical building) in the industrial style. It has a cozy vibe, and just near the hotel you can find at least 3 excelent restaurants/bars to chill. Very good breakfast, you can for sure find 2-3 things that are suitable for you! We took the N17 bus from Airport and arrived really close to the place. So it is easy to find the hotel.

The area around hotel is a bit dirty and a lot of homeless people hanging out there, so it’s a bit uncomfortable to walk back to the hotel, especially in the night

Absolutely loved, loved this hotel. The location was perfect, in a quiet square in the old town, five minutes walk to La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter. The hotel had so much ambience being one of the oldest hotels in Barcelona but so tastefully modernised but still in keeping its cultural heritage. The staff were lovely. Friendly and helpful. Local supermarket, restaurants, bakeries and tapas bars meant we didn't have to venture too far for great food and drinks. The room was very roomy with a lovely little balcony to sit and watch the locals and tourists enjoy the square. A good continental breakfast was available. Will definitely book again.

Really nothing to criticise about this hotel.

I booked a triple penthouse room for myself and two friends. It was very spacious and had room for all of our luggage. I was concerned that the third bed would be a pullout couch, however it was a real mattress and very comfortable. The room was under the roof, adjoining the historic church next door. We loved the beautiful stone walls and wood beams. The bathroom included a tub with shower head, two sinks and a separate full shower. The cleaning staff came regularly and were friendly. We traveled in April and the room stayed cool without air-conditioning. The location is perfect.

Location , it’s located at a convenient spot inside one of the lanes of La Ramala . It’s not on the Main Street, which makes it more safer and away from noises . Has many cafes , shopping streets and convenience stores near by. Everything was in walking distance . Nice cozy rooms.. staffs were helpful in guiding us if we needed any recommendations for spots or transportation. Overall it was a pleasant stay that suited our plans .

Great location, very beautiful design, the did an amazing renovation. The room although a bit small was very comfortable, as were the bed and pillows. Location is very convinient in general, just oposite to the Boqueria Market and 2 min from Metro.

I would have liked to have a kettle and maybee some coffee and tea in the room, as I got sick and needed something hot. I was given a kettle when requested but I had to go out to buy sugar and tea and water. We did not had breakfast included, but we considered adding it, however when we looked at the buffet the options were limited and unattractive. Many good locations to have breakfast around, so I am glad we hadnt paid for breakfast

It was an amazing location, the view from the room was beautiful, the room was extremely clean and had amazing facilities!! It was spacious

The customer service wasn't very helpful, when I made a request, they kept referring me to transfers. On arrival to the hotel, the man in reception wasn’t rude or disrespectful but wasn’t very welcoming.
