Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Fitness facility was outstanding.

I reserved a courtyard view room but the room I received was in a separate building overlooking a parking lot

I LOVE the Avalon's retro charm - the pool, the lobby, the original features. Beds are comfy, the spicy margaritas are extremely good. All the staff are amazing, friendly, helpful, shout out to Eunice in particular. I miss it already, can't wait to go back.

More places to hang towels would be good. The shower pressure on the third floor not as good as the second. But I'm nitpicking.

Very nice hotel. The location is great, 15 mins by foot from the famous Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. There are also a couple of cafes, bars and restaurants within 5-10 mins walking, plus there is a supermarket 3-4 mins away by foot. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and spacious. Everything was perfect, really.

Great boutique hotel in Beverly Hills. Staff and service were excellent. Had dinner at the hotel one night, and the outdoor patio poolside was a great atmosphere with live music, and the food was excellent. I had the grilled branzino, and it was delicious. Check in and check out was also a very pleasant experience.

Its a unique hotel. We loved it. You live the 70-80’s Beverly Hills soul. We stayed 5 nights and we will definitely come again. Staff was also great. Special thanks to Carlo and Eunice. They always have big smile and ready to solve problem. Also Asuman! She is great. And Emberson✌️Location also unbeatable.

in ten years of coming to Beverly Hills and trying out all the hotels in the vicinity, this hotel stood out by a mile. The staff were so attentive, kind , helpful and polite. the hotel itself is intimate and beautiful with relaxing colours and thoughtful comfortable spaces. The bar and restaurant was exceptional, cocktails delicious and s big shout out for the fabulous Rob & Dave fir their incredible service.

The location was incredible, beds were super comfy and everyone was helpful and friendly.

Some stuff in the room needed fixing, taps and fridge but mostly good. Pool could get busy and room service was average.

The idea of a boutique hotel in a beautiful location combines the best of a VRBO and a full service hotel. The first impression is the staff as the most important impression to all businesses. The parking guys are the warmest, efficient, and helpful even paying 49.00 to park I insisted they be tipped as appreciation but tipping has disappeared from the travelers both the rich and poor. When they are the first impression I can only hope they are paid from the fees not in tips that are rare. I promise to visit when I am in Beverly Hills and look forward to seeing the greatest memory of the valet service who made me feel at home in the USA.

The checkout time was 2:00pm but the internet was shut off at noon.

The elevator was loud and bothered me throughout the day, ear plugs fixed it at night . If possible request to stay away from the elevator.
