* Very small breakfast rooms * Difficult to navigate between tables and chairs when fully seated * Plastic knives, forks and spoons * Paper bowls, plates and cups, best suited for a camping trip * No eggs to order… they are all pre-cooked and rubbery * No feather pillows on request * The decor is rather tired and very beige! * Need to specify each day at reception that you want your room *cleaned - or it simply won’t happen (even though daily housekeeping is advertised and is included in their tariff). It would be more practical to have cleaning as the de facto standard and allow guests the right of refusal. *Covid is given as the reason for this policy. Some guests are paranoid that room cleaning will increase their chances of contracting the virus.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable and loved the complimentary slippers! I got a kick out of the 1930s Hollywood decor and use of boganvilleas on the balconies and palm trees in the landscaping. Perfect for the location.

The breakfast room is too small for the number of guests and only has rounds for groups. No ideal seating in the breakfast room for singles or couples. Can always take breakfast back to your room, but it's a bit of a hassle if your rooms not near the breakfast room. Parking spaces are tight given how many SUVs park in there, but I appreciated having the parking!

Pool area was great and general upkeep everywhere was bright, clean and welcoming

West Hollywood is a MUCH better area than downtown Hollywood itself, which is full of pushy sales people, vagrants & souvenir shops. There's none of this in West Hollywood, it feels much more like safe a place where well off people live, rather than a 'tourist trap' destination. If you love restaurants, trendy bars, comedy, rock and roll, you'll love this location on the sunset strip. It's just Iconic. The Saddle Ranch restaurant across the road was fantastic, and very welcoming of our family with young children. It's probably a party place later in the evening, but before 8pm, was very family friendly and the staff were amazing there. This Best Western hotel is in a fantastic location and the courtyard with pool (which was heated in winter, the kids loved it) was a great little hideaway. Our room was clean & spacious, beds comfortable and was a very safe and pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast was basic, but no problems at all. Very convenient to have it supplied at the hotel as opposed to having to go out first thing every morning to eat.

We were on the bottom level 1, and could here footsteps in the room above on level 2 quite clearly. Not a major drama, but if you're a light sleeper, might be an issue.

Great location on Sunset Boulevard near to local amenities. Nice friendly welcome and helpful staff .The room we had was large and clean with a good sized bathroom and great shower we overlooked the onsite swimming pool which was nice. Air conditioning was good and there were plenty of plugs and USB`s for phones, laptops etc very pleased with the room.

The only negative was the breakfast which was not the best selection we had had compared to some of the other hotels we had stayed in during our vacation and although there were two breakfast rooms in the hotel the one that had the hot food was fairly small and getting a table was difficult although you could take your food back to your room I did not notice separate bins for the food waste and recyclables.

Very modern and clean bathroom, looks recently renovated. Free breakfast, maybe not the best but still a lot of options and plenty of food. Pool area is beautiful and staff friendly. I would recommend this for a few nights for sure, I think the room even has a coffee maker and a little fridge. Nice location in west Hollywood, easy to walk to bars and restaurants.

We got the cheapest room type which was basically in the basement, with window looking directly at a wall. It was very dark in the room but upgrading to a room with a window would have been possible. The hotel is nice but it's still a best Western and considering that the price was very high.

The room was spacious, pleasant, and quiet (it faced a back road rather than the main boulevard). The room’s patio is surrounded by greenery, so you can’t even see the road. The pool area is very pretty, although it is in the shade during the afternoon. The pool is heated. Breakfast is generous with plenty of variety. We had an excellent stay at this hotel.

So well organized backyard and Pool area 💦✨ Absolutely beautiful garden. So life and good energy goes hand in hand, kick back and melt in. The rooms are old but well kept. It's very much of everything i aprichiate. But there is a catch 🫴🏼 Where are all the veggies in the breakfast buffet? This is a tough one for me and my family 🥬 I hope this will change in the future for this lovely hotel. Ps, we hit the rooftop restaurant next door. Jezz and a big wow, the view !! Say no more. Hand up for this original area, West Hollywood 😅 - it's everything you hope Beverly hills is all about. Enjoy 👏🏼🌼

I didn't like the smell of the wash liquid they use. But thats mayby just me. I'm sensitive to strong smells. 🐽

The rooom was great. It had a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, sink and 2 stool chairs for the counter. It had a living room with 2 chairs, table and sofa that pulled out into a bed. The sofa bed matress was 2 thin and not that comfortable. The 2 Queen beds was seperated from the living room and kitchen was was great and the bathroom was even better with a deep soaker tub, a seperate tiled shower and double sinks. The hotel had a pool, free breakfast, and paid parking.

The breakfast was ok, I wish there was more of a veriety.

It was located along Sunset Boulevard which connects Hollywood and Beverly Hills, the two key places of interest. Parking is relatively cheap in this hotel at USD29 per night and the hotel provides complimentary breakfast. The waffles were made hot and fresh on the spot and they were exceptional. Menu changes everyday but largely revolves around eggs, ham, hash browns, prepared differently. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful!

There is an trace of incense in the room which was not quite pleasant to us. It could be the cleaning agents which the hotel uses or the room fresheners. But we did not like it. We manage to work round it by opening out door to the pool which helped with the ventilation.
