Big room. What a convenient interior. It was the best room I ever stay before. If some wants to enjoy their holidays just to take a rest in the room with comfort sleep, and do not really have to do some tour activity, I will definitely recommend here. I am going to choose to come back here if I want to shut off everything or every work and take a deep rest. It is very hard to find this great quality hotels in L.A. The room is spacious and comfortable. This hotel was much much super better than any other 4~5stars hotel with super expensive price.

Good location, clean room, free parking. Room had everything I needed except a hairdryer. I didn't need a fridge for this visit but for future reference there isn't one in the room.

Breakfast very basic. Was able to get hot water for my tea and a yogurt and slice of toast. There were mini cereal boxes and prepackaged pastries. There's a new IHOP across the street and a Donut King two min walk away that sells breakfast sandwiches and bagels as well as donuts.

The person at the frontdesk very disinterested. He seemed to take little to no pleasure in his work. No smile, no welcome. Nevertheless the room was very comfortable. The location we found perfect to go to the LA Highlights. Breakfast was very good. Wifi worked very well. Parking was free.

I liked that the check in was a quick and easy process. There was no unnecessary offers being thrown at me or evasive questions. The location was easy to find. Not to many negatives as well unfortunately there a couple, that maybe different for others. I had a good stay and if needed I would come back again.

What I didn't like was from the moment we walked in the room had a slight smell but we either got used to it or it was over taken by us after a while. The second thing I didn't like was that the bed I slept in has baby spiders I believe I was bitten while I slept as well. Now this is more personal dislike but I didn't like that there was no fridge or microwave in the room. I would say the last thing I disliked was that the breakfast they announced isn't much of a breakfast instead it's a choice of coffe or tea with a slice of bread you can toast.

I have stayed here before a few years ago and it was okay but this time it was much much better. They have upgraded the rooms and there was not a lot of people so parking was great and it is close to a lot of places to eat or go shopping.

The light on the mirror would not go off so I had to cover it with a towel and that took some of the light down but not all of the way dark like I need it to fall asleep so I was up and down all night with regards to the lighting.

I really liked the room, the location is good, the staff are excellent and there is a very good pizzeria on the corner

Breakfast is very simple! The basics! It could have fruit or even cream cheese.

Fast friendly check in. Bed was big and comfy. Location close to 405 freeway and a lot of restaurants and things to do near by. There’s a bar across the street if you have time for a quick drink.

Good location easy parking.

Wifi was a little patchy and slow at times.

The hotel is located in a perfect area. Travel time to LA and surrounding cities was 40 minutes or less. Hotel is driving distance from the airport. Balcony view of the mountains and hills. Perfect for our 4 day getaway. Restaurants near by.

Room did not have a microwave was my only dislike.

Convenient location, big rooms, plenty of parking, comfortable bed, nice toiletries and fluffy towels.

Shower pressure is no the best.
