Bedrooms have high ceilings with a lot of light and are spacious with big comfortable beds and good bathrooms with a large power shower and big bathtub. The spa is excellent. As is breakfast.

Feels a bit too much like a Hilton around the edges to be a ‘real’ 5 star hotel. Check in is at 4pm and they really struggle to have your room ready by 4pm which is not OK for a 5 star hotel. I’ve stayed there a few times and they always ask me at check in whether it’s my first time in Beverly Hills. A welcome back to the hotel might be more appropriate. As might getting my room ready by 4pm for a repeat guest.

The Waldorf Astoria is pure perfection! The staff deserves special praise – incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional without ever feeling forced. Every request is anticipated and fulfilled effortlessly, making you feel truly welcome and valued from the very first moment. Service and hospitality here are simply world-class.

Nothing

Everything was comfortable. The bed is amazing and the water pressure is excellent. The curtains fully shut to offer a pitch black sleeping situation (important). Cleaners come at appropriate times. The hot tub is nice.

The pool and hot tub close way too early. There needs to be some time with no kids at these rates! Also, the iPad didn’t work. And the elevator basically takes you to the lobby if you don’t swipe your card fast enough.

We had to change rooms as our room was overlooking a busy road.

Standard has gone down. Valet services were no where near the standard and they seemed disinterested. I understand there were Union issues to deal with but overall this service was disappointing

Definitely an upscale property

I was only there for 2 days and the day I wanted to spend time at the pool, I felt it was unnecessarily closed due to circumstances beyond the hotels control. I was never offered any compensation.

Everything was absolutely perfect.

Beautiful rooms and helpful staff. Rooftop restaurant is great, with fantastic views. Easy walk to rodeo drive shopping.

Gorgeous hotel, smart rooms perfect service from all staff. Really comfortable beds. Best hotel in Los Angeles by far.
