The property was very nice. The room was clean, sophisticated and very nicely decorated. We were even given a free upgrade as a diamond member! 10/10 for the room aesthetic.

There were two things that I disliked about my stay. The first is that guests had to pay for parking. The parking rate was astronomically high. $32 per night! Most hotels including Hilton hotels have a free or reduced guest parking lot. The second thing o didn’t like about my stay was whenever housekeeping would clean - they would not replace any of the items. I thought this was very odd… for example they would remove the dirty towels, used soap and coffee pods but would not replace anything. This felt like an extra nuance because I had to request everything be replaced.

I especially liked Gloria at the front desk. She was very nice. I especially like that my room was cleaned after I left midday. When I stayed at a Marriott Hotel if you did not remove the do not disturb sign by 12pm they would not return to clean your room. At this hotel I did not have this experience. I especially like the blinds, you could not even tell if it was night or day. I really loved that. It was such a comfortable atmosphere bed and everyone was friendly. Just fantastic. The rooftop party was such a wonderful surprise. Just great.

There was only 4 hangers in the room and no extra blanket

The decor and ease of parking, though expensive. The beds and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. We had a separate room with a couch and table and full kitchen, which we completely utilized. The lounge area leading out to the pool, was the perfect place for morning coffee.

The overnight parking rate seems excessive for this location, as a hotel guest. It’s always such an irritating part of the reservation. Where else would we park and so you’re penalizing guests who have a car.

The hotel was in a quiet area, but close to many restaurants, shops, whole foods, and 15min drive to Hollywood Beach. Very spacious room and bathroom, with Lavazza coffee machine and minifridge. The pool with restaurant and gym on the 6th floor is excellent. Everything is functional and new (hotel open in 2022), at an affordable price, which is rare in Florida. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

We stayed in a hotel for a night during our Florida road trip. We were looking for a hotel that would be close to Fort Lauderdale with a parking and quite spacious room. And we found all that for our 9 hours stay there.

Location is OK for a one night stay. But I wouldn’t choose this hotel for a longer stay. I predlfere hotels that are situated next to the heach.

Room and hotel was clean and neat. Location was great, close to most things I needed/wanted for the weekend in the Miami/Hollywood area. We went for a concert at the Hard Rock Stadium. That was a short drive away. Great places to eat around the Aventura/Hollywood areas too!

Pillows were a bit flat and uncomfortable. On first day, parking was a bit confusing. Had to call to know what to do. Nitpick (out of hotel's control) is that there was a lot of construction around, wasn't aware of this ahead of time.

everything the rooms are nice, clean. the decor is beautiful. the Pool wonderful.. the smell air freshener of hallways is amazing. staff were also wonderful. we were celebrating my daughter birthday and we rented 3 rooms. we were very impressed and will definitely stay here again.

That the bar/restaurant closed at 12. it’s was such a wonderful vibe and the bartender that served us was great, wonderful attitude. and that there was ice maker or microwave on every floor… and the location. if you can lift it and place it on the beach……. I would rate a 11. because it’s already a 10 in book.

Love the aroma from the moment you walk in throughout the entire time we were there, the service guest at the bar on the 6th floor was so pleasant. The rooms were nice size and very comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was not what I expected, very limited and hardly no vegetarian options, parking is a little expensive

Room was very nice. We had requested the roll in shower since my father is in a wheelchair and it worked great for us. We had dinner at the restaurant twice and the food, drinks and service were excellent.

One out of two elevators was out of service during our stay which made for long waiting times. But not a big deal.

The room was big, nice, and clean. Loved how dark the room can get. Easy check in. Loved the bathroom. Very spacious. Would stay again no problem!!!

I don't think housekeepers are checking to see if coffee cups are clean. Ours looked clean, but when brought to light you can see the glaze from creamer obviously used by previous people. Only 1 level of parking in garage, can be used for hotel. Also, others not staying in hotel, can easily access floors to the rooms without a key.
