All Kevin, the guest who stayed, said was the breakfast smelled good, but was not open when he had to leave for his work. So he never really got to eat there, but did get coffee.

Needed to open earlier. For some business workers, you need to be on job site at 6. So OPEN at 5:30am helps when you leave at 5:45am it just doesn't seem to fair not to be opened. Maybe set up quick pick up items from breakfast area, such as egg/cheese/sausage or egg/cheese/bacon sandwiches. And fruit, and bread out for toast. And of course Yogurt and other such items that wouldn't take much to do. I would say even if the sandwiches were the microwave sandwiches that would be great. Just open that up at 5:30am, and have ready for the workers or whoever has to leave early.

I stayed at the hotel for 6nights, Hotel location was great, surrounded by restaurants, min malls such as Discounts mall and number of shops, including saloon, baba shop, etc. Very close to bus metro point where you can reach everywhere easily, including the big malls which is about 11kms with one bus only, for big stores like Ross and Harlington are on the same road as well. The hotel has good reception, with good customer services, staff like Diego was amazing, with welcoming and cheerful face throughout the day, very supportive and customer centric. The hotel breakfast was fantastic! The rooms were clean although cleaners were not there for all the days. I will recommend to others who plans their vacation to book accommodation into this hotel

I was accommodated into fourth floor, immediately when you finished the elevator, you will start with unusual or bad smelling, not sure whether it was coming from the carpet or not, please visit the corridors of the hotels. Additionally, it was difficulty for the hotel to provide assistance on calling for the taxi to take us to the airport as they assume everyone has got a mobile phone with taxi apps which was wrong, e.g. my phone was fully not able to accommodate any other additional loads! Thanks that after prolonged discussion, one of the receptionist assisted with some conditions, anyway, I think it may be of good idea for the hotel to support the taxi travel services to airport and around the city if customer requested whereby all costs will be paid by the traveller. Thank you.

I just returned from a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Hollywood/Aventura, and I want to share my impressions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness. The hotel staff is another story. They were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. I especially want to thank the reception for their attentiveness and professionalism. The breakfast was delicious and varied—from fresh fruits to hot dishes, there’s something for everyone. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and will definitely return. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

Coffee on the breakfast was exceptional. When we were checking in the staff was above and beyond. The orange and pastry I chose were great! Loved the check out process.

Night shift at first, could give penny because I had a very bad limp as I was still recovering from a broken ankle. I asked for a cart and he told me they're all on the 4th floor. I didn't have time to go hunt. I guess he finally saw how many trips I was having then he found me a cart which helped immensely. I was also with a friend who had just been released from the hospital with a broken hip and femur. I wish I'd have that cart sooner. At least he came thru in the ended.

All the staff were excellent (special mention to Diego at reception and Phillip the maintenance man) . Very good selection of breakfast and plenty of it. The chamber maids kept our room exceptionally clean and tidy. Our stay was for eleven nights, however, this hotel is very good for just an overnights stay . Close to all amenities (But a drive to/from the beach). Would we ever return ? Yes, of course .

The receptionist was rude and it had said I paid in full on booking when I got there I got charged another 303.00 she said I didn't paid , I showed her confirmation she said it was a hold . So I paid again and she said my card would get refunded. But she was very rude and couldn't help because she was on her cell phone while trying to help

Employees, front desk and others very helpful.

Room: the original room was in front of a freeway/avenue and the noise was too high, so we didn´t sleep well the first night. We had to change rooms, and then all was well. The windows of the rooms facing the freeway should be sound proof.

The staff was what made my stay memorable. Elizabeth at the front desk checked me in and she was professional, friendly and very helpful. Eduardo in the morning at the breakfast room was so great. He was solicitous, friendly, professional, and overall just awesome! Loved him! A shout-out to Dolores in the breakfast room and also Fabiana from Housekeeping. Again, the staff did it for me.

I was in town for surgery. This place was convenient to drs office, mall, grocery store. B/F love the fact there was a strip club (Cheetahs) just 50 feet from front door of hotel. Loved the daily breakfast. Never the same. Always changing it up and always good. Think our fav was the pancake maker. ♥️♥️♥️ The kitchen staff was amazing. Always willing to help when needed.

The strip club across the street. Lol. Beds were also a bit lumpy. Cld tell the mattresses we’re old and needed to be upgraded. Don’t think all the mattress pads in the world cld help the lumpiness.

It was convenient to get to places where needed especially if you’re not driving. Grocery store was right across the street and many other places to go to eat.

The phone wasn’t working and we told front desk twice but no one came to fix it. So everything we needed we had to go downstairs to ask for it. Also the microwave wasn’t working but we got someone to come look at it and gave us another one.
