The staff were very friendly and good spirited! Always smiling and pleasant. We returned back from our cruise earlier than check in time and we were accommodated with a room! The rooms are extremely spacious and the beds were comfortable. I wasn't a fan of the pillows and that's just me as I don't like soft pillows, my son on the other hand loved them! Breakfast my son enjoyed as well, Continental style. Distance to MCO is a breeze. Shuttle staff coming and going were very polite and engaging. They even work with a shuttle service to Port Canaveral (Danica Transportation) Ms. Silvia and Rudy the driver were also pleasant to engage with. My definite go to location when sailing from Port Canaveral!!

The hallways were hot with a muggy feeling once stepping out of the comfort of your cool room, and there was an elevator out of service which slowed down the getting to/from the room process as the one working was slow.

We spent six days at the hotel. It was exactly how we expected. We choose the Comfort Suites because of the extra space, good breakfast, and locations. The price was way cheaper than than those closer to the parks. We were close enough yet far enough away from all the crowds attending the parks daily. It was a relaxing and good vacation.

We had a couple of workers that we couldn't understand but, we still survived and they will learn more as they continue to work there. We just went to the front desk and all was well.

The lady in charge of breakfast was super quick at refilling the food and keeping everything clean and wonderful. Our room was very cozy and clean, we actually got the same room twice on the 2 different weeks that we stayed! The airport transportation was superb. The lady that transferred us was kind and on time.

The front desk woman needs to smile more. She seemed very grumpy and short with her answers (short haired older woman). The younger black woman was as sweet and kind as could be.

The lady running the breakfast was working hard and fast to keep the food plentiful. The housekeeping staff did a great job and was friendly. Transportation to and from the hotel was amazing. I will always stay here before going on my cruise.

The short haired woman at the front desk is too not a very friendly person. She seems grumpy. The Asian man, and African American lady was as sweet as could be. Everyone in the lobby was talking about how rude the older woman was.

Recommended 100%. Breakfast was available from 6 a.m., but they allowed me to take some coffee, fruit, and cupcakes earlier due to my flight schedule, they let us leave our luggage while we waited for the room to be ready.

Shuffle guy. he asked for money when the service was free as advertised. He drove us 4 min to the airport and did not do any special treatment or special service for us to give him a tip. He requested money and got mad and rude cause we did not give him any tip. to have in mind: tips are earned by good service they are not mandatory.

Free Shuttle to Hotel, Free Shuttle to Airport. Friendly Staff, Great Room, Free Internet, Fantastic Breakfast. We came off a cruse ship and needed to stay one night. Very close to the airport and free transportation is the main reason for this location. There is a Wendy's, Taco Bell, Popeye's, 7 Eleven, Gas Station with snacks & Beer and a Hispanic restaurant within walking distance. Small selection, but great for one day's needs.

I wish it had more activities and restaurants within walking distance. We were $20.00 away from an activity center (Cab Prices) - International BLVD where we could have seen a movie, dine in and bar choices. We would have spent $40-$50 more just for transportation. This is not a knock on the hotel - we were just in town for one day with no car. This is only my wish list. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in your area, or needs a place to stay the night for a Cruse Ship Vacation (before, after - or both).

The staff is always so sweet and amazing! As well as accommodating. I will always stay here as long as they have the morning/evening/overnight staff now because they're truthfully the best! Location wise, it can't be beat due to it's 6 mins from the airport, and centered close to everything else you need via food and activities wise. It's my home away from home because they make me feel at home and part of the family. 💜

Breakfast was good. Shuttle to airport good. Pool. Pull out bed was somewhat uncomfortable but it wasn't bad. Staff were friendly and professional.

The lights between the beds didn't work. We pulled out the night stand and they weren't even plugged in. In order for the bathroom lights to come on the switch by the room entry door had to be on.

Very close to the airport which was a Godsend after a long journey. Room was very large and exceeded our expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful during check in.

breakfast area was quite small and got very busy, Suggest getting down there early.
