The location was perfect for people who want to go to Disney but not pay the crazy money to stay on Disney property. The price was honestly perfect. The breakfast each morning was delicious and a perfect way to start a long day at Disney. The staff we did interact with were super nice and helpful too. A short distance in an Uber or Lyft ride to Disney Parks as well.

The pull out couch could use some extra padding but honestly I was so tired each night after spending all day at Disney that I passed out and felt fine in the morning. Really this was a great property I don't have any complaints

Mostly everything was great! The rooms were clean, the breakfast area was spacious, the pool was fantastic, and the location was perfect. The breakfast selection was very extensive: Disney-themed waffles, fruit, eggs, meats, cereals, etc. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool area. The hotel was located just outside of the Disney property making it easy to enjoy Disney Springs and the parks. I HIGHLY recommended this property!!!

There was a group of visitors in the pool area that were very loud and noisy. They were making lots of noise and yelling just outside our window such that we couldn't go to sleep. I was disappointed that the hotel staff did not do anything about it as it was about 1am.

Overall it was a very good experience. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and spacious and there was a lot of parking options. It is very close to the main Disney Parks.

Although similar to most American hotels, the breakfast could definitely improve. The pastry was not fresh, the hot options were not great, some fruits were definitely canned fruits. The hot beverages were only coffee and water.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The pool and sports courts were a huge hit with my grandkids. Getting them to come inside at night was a chore. They liked this hotel way better than the Disney hotel we checked into after we left this one.

The pool grill and bar overcharged us 3 times and their excuse was the menu has changed. Ordered a kids pizza meal which was supposed to be $8. And they charged us $17 because they rang up each item in the meal separately. Another time was a bucket of beers was supposed to be $25 and we paid $40. The guy came over and gave us 2 more beers and said it was the wrong price. But I would’ve rather had my money back to spend on something else. And of course my hubby drank all 7 drinks(that part is on him) because he didn’t wanna waste them and we were leaving next day and had no way to keep them cold. Ended up sick that night. The sleeper sofa was the most uncomfortable thing and needed a mattress topper.

Everything was simply perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, since the time that we arrived until the last minutes of our stay. The bedroom are very comfy, and make you fell like home, it has everything that we need. The utilities offered were very good too. The breakfast has different options and what’s really well served. For families or even couples that expect to spend some days near Disney World and Universal Studios, or even just want to spend a fell days in Orlando my first recommendation certainly will the Fairfield in Flaming Crossings, the location is strategic for every Disney park, has restaurants and markets around that make everything easier.

Literally nothing bad to say about this hotel. Rooms and facilities were clean, comfortable beds, breakfast options were great, nice pool and pool bar. My son loved the soccer court! Our room had 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, two tv’s and space wise for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) was perfect! We were able to schedule the shuttle services for the Disney theme parks every day with no problem. Have in mind that you need to reserve your space in the shuttle 24 hrs in advance. Friendly front desk staff and perfect location right next to I4 and also has many restaurants and convenience stores walking distance. Will definitely consider this hotel next time I’m in the area!

Everything about it was nice.

There should be more handicapped parking in the front of the property. It was very difficult coming back from the parks late at night and not finding one handicap parking spot close to the building we always had to end up going into the parking garage and up to the 2nd and 3rd floors in a regular parking g spot. Multiple times my senior handicap mom hit herself on her back coming out of our van and attempting to walk to her wheelchair because there was no room to bring her chair close to her. That is the only thing v I don’t like about this hotel. The lack of handicap parking in the front.

The staff are very knowledgeable about anything related to parks and areas, and they will be there to help you have a great stay with a big 😀.

This is not about to hotel itself, but it is regarding transportation to the Magic Kingdom Park with Florida bus service which is in collaboration with the hotel. It is free which is great, but at night we were late by 7 min for the last shuttle at 10:15 PM. I called the dispatcher on the ticket as they advised if you are running late to do so, but I got ghosted. In the end, we took Uber back to the hotel 🙃.

Great sports area. Breakfast was great. Near everything.

Saturday morning we had to call the front desk to transfer to a different room because of the icemaker. There were teenagers grabbing ice at 3 o’clock in the morning all the way up till five in the morning, which was very loud and woke us up and we could not sleep in. The front desk lady had the audacity because my wife called and said she wanted to transfer a room and then when I go downstairs and she said that she was never on our reservation I looked at her and said if you see when we replaced, the reservation was for a family of four why wouldn’t my wife be there very rude and inconsiderate

Location is everything, well this hotel is in a great location for Disney World. You never have to leave their roadways to get to one of their parks or Disney Springs. It is located 5 minutes from Disney Coronado. The hotel is also located right next door to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, coffee shops, retail, everything you need is right there. My daughter and I found this area, Flamingo Drive several years ago and love the area and hotels located there. We have watched this area grow with brand new hotels and this shopping area.

This area has grown so fast, it is difficult getting off the 429 to get here. They need a light positioned there. Just one negative about the hotels, they charge for parking. There is parking everywhere and they want to charge you for it. They do have a garage if you want, but I feel if you are handicapped or park outside, you should not be charged. On another note. This stay was booked through Booking.com, they did not charge me for parking. We did love that. Thank you, Booking.com.
