Nice breakfast, clean room, $5 coupon everyday for the hotel shop to get a small snack, friendly staff, fresh water available in the lobby. We found the bus to Disney to be very useful, we used it almost everyday and it was always on time in the morning. When we stayed the buses departed at 7:50am, 9:35am, and 10:50am and returned at several times in the evening, before and after the parks closed. Hollywood Studios is probably the least accessible via the bus as there is no 7:50am departure for it from the hotel, so if you want to get there for opening then you’ll need to find another way. All in all, we were very impressed with the bus service.

We stayed for 10 nights but our sheets weren’t changed for the first 5 days. However, after we asked at the desk then our sheets were changed everyday.

Location is perfect for all-over access to the Orlando experience. Having food and bars around allows one to not require driving in the evenings.

I have consistently used this property for many years and always use Marriott as a brand on leisure or business trips but I am disappointed to not get night credits because I used booking.com or other third party suppliers. Why? Isn’t it obvious that booking direct with Marriott is more expensive? Why wouldn’t you book the cheaper rate? After all loyalty should not always reward those who pay for that reward (Higher price) when it’s supposed to be linked to night stays as in my case. Come on Marriott.

They served breakfast: what kids loved pancakes and fruit, some eggs and cereals. The rooms are fine, the size of the bed is good for two. Parking is easy and there is a Starbucks nearby where a voucher was accepted. Great place for families, having movie nights for kids. There is a shuttle option to the parks. Swimming pool is great and there is a playground next to the hotel.

The room was a little bit humid, but luckily the windows could be opened for fresh air. I missed the cupboard a bit for our clothes. I would value a wider range of selection for breakfast, such as salami, cheese and fresh vegetables.

The location was great and the room was clean. It was a very nice hotel with 2 other connecting hotels. There are lots of restaurants nearby and even a small cafeteria on site that you can get food, drinks, & snacks at. Starbucks at the hotel was perfect for the morning! The family suite room was especially nice so that our baby had his own little area to sleep. We were able to watch a movie and eat our dinner while he slept.

I wished check in was at 3 instead of 4 and that they didn’t charge $20 per night for parking.

The shuttle service signs need to be updated - the signs info was that vouchers needed and that reservations would be needed but neither was true so we looked like a fostering old couple looking for a voucher. advertised rate for parking g was $19 and I was charged $22 /d

Amazing hotel to experience WDW, as it is located very close to the attractions and is much cheaper than staying in property. The complimentary breakfast is good (but nothing stellar), staff is very friendly and helpful, and rooms are fairly large and well equiped for a budget hotel. The pool is nice and clean, great for winding down when you're too tired to go the attractions.

The hotel restaurant could be better. Food is reasonable, if a bit overpriced, but options are limited if you have food allergies, and wait times are erratic. Another problem is the transportation to the parks, which is offered by Maingate Transportation - bus offers are badly timed, require a reservation that fill up quickly on crowded days, bus driver is rude, and at times the bus didn't show up at all. When you're able to catch a Maingate bus on time, it's acceptable - but be ready to take some rideshare otherwise.

The service is exceptional..daily cleaning of the room, the hotel is clean, breakfast 👌, very friendly and accommodating staff. The area is close to most of all the places you want to visit.

It wasn't that I don't like..it just maybe for improvement. They could have more shuttle bus schedule and space I guess because as soon as we check in I schedule for shuttle bus to park but unfortunately no space for 4 people on most of the schedule they have. We spend on Uber for the duration of our stay. I hope the next time we visit it will have improvement because We will diffinitely came back to stay in the same hotel.

I liked we could go to any of the pools at the other hotel.Breakfast was huge, lots of options. They have mickey waffles.

That if you chose to pay in cash it took 30 minutes to check it because the dude upfront dint have the key to the money box. so had to wait for the manger to get back from the back. Then to check out I had to wait 30 ish minutes to check out because they dint have a cash on them do give me money back. It was 5:45am and could not check out by like 6:30. Also we where told our destination fee was not include even though booking said it was. Aperntly it's only include when u pay right then and there not at the hotel. You get a $5 credit (aka destination fee) to spend with them. credits can not stacked and if you forget a day you can not use it. everything it over priced and you pay the difference.

This hotel is value for money!!! Good breakfast, free shuttle service to the parks, convenient position, nice bedroom with all the conforts, stunning pool with solarium. I had a great time there, I am very happy! : ) The staff is really kind and the hotel is clean. There is also a small market inside the hotel which is very convenient and free coffee in the hall with a lot of couch where you can relax! For sure I will come back for holidays:)

If I really had to find a con I would say that the moquette is a bit stinky, not because it is dirty but because the moquette is like that. We Europeans are not used to it, but in the southern United States they adore moquette: there is moquette also in Orlando airport and it stinks as well. So it wasn't a problem, just a feature :)
