Location and staff were excellent.

Booking.com messed up my reservation, even though I had a confirmation number, the hotel couldn't help me, I had to search and find a phone number for booking.com and wait about 40 mins to get it resolved. Once it was resolved, they no longer had the type of room that I had reserved. Hotel was patient, but was extremely frustrating. I had paid booking.com for the room, so hotel couldn't help.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Entire facility was clean and well maintained. Bar by pool was friendly and food was good. Buses to Disney were easy to use and on schedule. The Marketplace in the lobby had good selection of snack foods.

The movies to rent left a lot to be desired. They were for the most part old, limited selection, many unavailable. For a Hotel on Disney property to have NO Disney movies for kids was very disappointing. We were supposed to get one free rental each night, but there were no appropriate movies for children and tweens available our entire stay.

Easy access to Disney springs and Epcot

Arrived by 1:00 o’clock room wasn’t ready. I checked back by 3 and they were still working on getting room . Stopped by again at 4 and the room was not ready. I complained again that checkin was supposed to be at 4. Desk agent said we are trying to give an upgraded room. I said I don’t care about the upgrade just check me in. He looked again at the computer and finally gave me room.

The walkway to Disney Springs was super convenient.

Towels at pool not kept stocked. Walking back and forth to the front desk 3 times in our bathing suits to ask for some. They didn’t have any and restocking took 45 minutes of waiting. The bus service doesn’t run often enough. The rooms were cold and blankets super thin. We had to be fully dressed in pants and sweatshirts to sleep. No microwave in the room. Menues in the room for the restraints would have been nice.

The location was perfect as it was a short walk to Disney Springs without crossing any busy streets. The staff was friendly and helpful and I really liked that there were options for quick meals/snacks, even late.

Overall very positive experience, but the rooms themselves probably could use a little updating or attention for the price of the stay. At the same time, probably a bit better than other properties in the area.

The proximity to Disney Springs is why we chose this location. My friends and I didn’t want to drive anywhere so being able to walk everywhere was perfect. It also rained like crazy our first night and it was such a relief there was a Benihana attached to the hotel so we didn’t get soaked going to dinner. And like any FL resort the pool was great

Housekeeping took a while to clean the room and too many people in the lobby trying to sell you on vacation packages

Loved the marketplace was open until 1am , loved I could walk to Disney springs, loved the pool and the bar at the pool the beauty of the gardens around the pool. Late checkout was nice. Liked you had someone that texted you if needed anything liked the dvd rental

Wished could’ve checked in sooner the day we arrived actually had to wait 15-20 min later to check in and was very exhausted

The location was perfect for our stay. We had come to spend a day Disney Springs and being able to walk was perfect.

I had thought I had made the reservation for a Queen bed but did Ok with the 2 Double beds. Also, the WiFi was A little slow which made it difficult to do searches. Also, we had returned our key cards not knowing needed them get out of the parking, that created some confusion in the parking lot, suggest you make sure people are aware of that.

Everything was great, the customer service was great, the breakfast Buffett at the restaurant was amazing, so was the charcuterie board at the bar... .the location was great for what we were doing going to Disney springs everyday....I give it a 5 star.

I feel the rooms need to be updated to much brown like the 90's but it was clean , and I feel that all hotel rooms should not have carpet.

Our flight back to the UK was cancelled, and we couldn't extend our villa by one extra night, so we booked the Hilton as it was in a great location with good reviews. We booked two rooms for one night; they got us into our rooms super early with no issues (about 1 p.m.). Free vouchers for hot drinks or bottled water, free movie vouchers and our buffet breakfast voucher. The hotel has a little store and Starbucks inside, a pool that is open until 11 p.m., Aircon in rooms, and somewhere to get ice for your ice bucks in the room. A short walk over the bridge to Disney Springs and a quick drive to Magic Kingdom. The bathrooms have proper size body wash/Shampoo and conditioner that they refill, which is ideal if, like us, you have packed everything up to fly home. Buffet breakfast is delicious you can get Mickey Mouse waffles there, which are so yummy!! Check-out is 11 am so a nice lie-in if you don't need to rush off. There is also parking - but you do need to pay for this; you use your room key to get out of the car park as many times as you like; when you check out you take a room key to use to get out of the car park, then post it in the box at the barrier, they then charge on your card for parking.
