The hotel and room were clean and modern. The room was spacious and efficient. There was ample parking. There was a gym. It was close to a supermarket. The staff member who took care of us when we arrived was welcoming, polite and professional.

The staff member who took care of us when we checked out was uninterested and uninvolved; she didn’t smile or try to engage us in conversation as we checked out ; she did not ask us how our stay was and she didn’t say anything encouraging us to stay at the hotel again. That short, cold encounter with her was a disappointing end to our stay.

Room appeared clean. Had an interesting odor. None of the usb ports or outlets by the bed worked.

The location is close to everything. Breakfast is always fresh and tasty. The staff, Dave, Michael, Terie are all very nice and helpful and attentive to our needs. Our room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I will visit again in Orlando.

Very good breakfast and eating area; it also had a nice outdoor eating area but the weather was still a bit fresh in the morning so we didn't use it. Location was ideal for our purposes; not far from the airport and 20 minutes to my brother's place.

Breakfast was Great! Bed was comfortable Room was perfect! Staff was Excellent and Very accommodating!

The DOOR NEED TO BE UPDATED!! Too Loud through out the Hallway!! Unbelievable NOISE! CLASH, CLINCHING SLAMMING NOISE 🙄😳EVERY MORNING ALL THREE NIGHTS ON SECOND FLOOR!!

The location was great and very close to the place we had to visit. The room was very clean and comfortable. The whole place was clean including the parking lot. The bed and the pillows were so comfortable, normally I wake up with a very bad headache when I sleep uncomfortably, but no headache so that's definitely a plus for me. The breakfast was so delicious. The staff was very professional, courteous, and polite. I definitely plan on staying here again.

This property was exceptional very I mean very clean staff was amazing and very kind. This property felt like home and safe.. special s/o to farah she is the epitome of a good hostess/worker she deserves 10 stars it was definitely a 10/10

I prefer Holiday Inn Express, they are exceptional clean and beds are comfortable, but just a tad to soft for me. I have never had any issues with staff, they are always friendly, helpful and professional.

Modern furniture, great bed, spacious room, very good breakfast.

One day the housekeeping turned the temperature in the room low and forgot it like that, so it was freezing when i came back in the evening. But I think it was an inocent mistake, so I won't downrate the hotel for that.

The location to the conference center was the best. But also across from Universal Studios. Restaurants near by
