You are immediately greeted with a wonderful smell throughout the lobby, seems like such a simple concept, but one I've personally never before experienced in a hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the entire hotel is spotless, feels brand new. The room was fabulous, you can't beat a suite, the pool, restaurant, bar, breakfast, all the facilities were exceptional. The location is walking distance to a Target, and some nice restaurants, and a 20-minute drive to the Disney parks. My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with our 6-night stay, just an amazing place to stay.

What can I say about this beautiful hotel, It was amazing in so many ways. First, the location is fantastic. nice and close to the Disney parks (15 minute drive) but when you enter Flamingo crossings it seems like your own little community, with restaurants and shopping right there at the ready. We loved the pool (with a slide) and even took advantage of the onsite coin laundry (so convenient) Our room was perfect! Had everything you need while being away from home. dishes, silverware, full size fridge, even a hot plate!

I was surprised that there was no safe/lock box in the room to securely store valuables. This left us feeling a little uneasy when leaving the room for the whole day. We had to request our room be cleaned (on day 3) and towels be replenished. I assumed this would be done automatically but I guess not, it would have been nice if this was communicated at check in. We were in the room for 7 nights and it was cleaned once.

Excellent location for a quick drive to all Disney properties. Flamingo crossing has some very good restaurants to get something good to eat.

The breakfast is very boring and not tasty. Imitation eggs are the norm every day. They also have the pulled chicken, pico,etc.. to make breakfast Burritos every single day for breakfast. I recommend going to waffle house, Hash House or First watch to get a more healthier breakfast. My only other complaint is that this location requires you to pay numerous tolls if you're going to the malls, outlet centers or any parks other than Disneys.

This was our first time staying here and it definitely won’t be our last! The staff was friendly, the free breakfast had a great variety, the pool and slide were a big hit for the kids! They have coffee and water in the lobby at all times which was great! The gym is open 24 hours! Everything was super clean. We stayed in the one bedroom Suite with a King bed and the bedroom was a great size! Water pressure was powerful, and plenty of room to put clothes. We also had a problem with our AC one night, called the front desk and less than 5 minutes later someone was there fixing it. Not too far from the parks either! This is our new favorite hotel!!

Parking looked really limited but you can park in the back and get into the hotel with your key.

It was my third time vising Orlando and my first time at this hotel - by far the best I have ever stayed at! I had a great vacation! Everything exceeded my expectations: the room (King Studio) was large enough, having every facility a studio should have; it was super clean, the air conditioning was easy to set up high or low; the poolside area is awesome; the breakfast very good; the staff went above and beyond to try to charge my phone before checking out (my charger adapter wasn't cooperating well with the outlet). If you are in need of some necessary things (even in the middle of the night), the hotel has a mini-store; you can buy detergent, sunscreen, snacks, microwavable soups and other foods, water, soft drinks, beer, wine, fruits, toys etc. The area has a Target across the street, a few very good restaurants, a Five Below... All in all, I had an awesome stay!

It's not that I didn't like it, but I really did miss having vegetables at breakfast. It was in no way a minus for me, having Target just across the hotel!

The best thing about this hotel was the location, it is close to Disney World, Target and other establishments. Their breakfast was good enough, what you would expect in these type of places.

Full disclosure, they only clean the room every other day, and even then it's not much of a cleaning as dishes were left with food and bathroom was not clean at all, all they do is make the bed and take out the trash. Front desk was handled by two youngsters who gave me the wrong room at first, so after I moved family and lugagge, I had to go back and ask for a working key which meant getting another room in another floor. Tried to use the coffee maker, but it was SO dirty.

I love this hotel, the suites are so comfortable and spacious, and they allow you to bring your dog, which allows me to have vacation. The pool is gorgeous, outdoor bar and grills. Flamingo crossings has some great restaurants, Lime fresh mexican is awesome. Target is right there if you need something. Dunkin donuts for your coffee fix, wendys is open late. So close to disney and not too far from universal either. Very affordable and modern compared to some others. Lobby and room smelled great, everything was clean.

Breakfast was just awful. I don't know what they did to breakfast, last time I was there it was great.

The property is situated in an up and coming yet quiet area, close to DisneyWorld. There are plenty of local amenities such as a Target and eateries within walking distance of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious with excellent facilities for our stay. The hotel includes breakfast and parking during our stay which provided excellent value for us. The location is amazing! You're never more than 15 minutes from any Disney Park and the area doesn't suffer from much traffic congestion. The staff were very friendly and attentive as well.

One maintenance issue in our room which took longer than we would have liked to get sorted. Similarly when a bin wasn't emptied. On both occasions we had to mention it again to the staff on the front desk.

I couldn't rate the breakfast - as it was until 10am, but no one warned me about it - we went out for breakfast at 10:03am - and couldn't eat, also a consequence of the stay - they charged an additional $120 from my card for alcohol at the bar, which, according to the hotel, was drunk before I checked into the hotel - after 1.5 weeks of arguing - the money was returned - all is well, but I wanted to do without it.

The property has a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance which was very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and answered all of the questions we had. The pool was clean and complimentary breakfast was great.

On booking.com it lists the property as having free parking but we were told upon arrival that it was $20 for parking for the duration of our stay. Not a big deal but we thought it was free
