The water park and fireworks.

Just a suggestion. I would suggest to communicate better at the check-in. I would have liked to know about the fireworks on Saturday night, in advance. I was told by the waitress in one of the restaurants when it was starting. The signs around the hotel didn't specify if it was happening now; they say "summer" .... we assumed it was going to happen when the summer starts.... anyway, just details. Another detail is that I was wondering how so many people were going into the water park without being a hotel guest. Is that an option? Is there a fee just to go to the water park? We would love to know... Thanks so much for the service in general. Great staff!

Everything was great — the cleanliness was exceptional, and the services were beyond excellent.

There’s honestly nothing worth mentioning negatively, but perhaps the lack of variety in the breakfast menu was the only thing I didn’t like. However, it doesn’t affect the overall impression of the hotel — it’s exceptional.

The hotel's location is excellent. Close to the best places in Orlando and in a high-end area. The building is impressive and the hotel's facilities are complete.

I believe that the cleanliness of the rooms is not compatible with the standard of the hotel. This is a point that should be addressed by the hotel management.

It was a great place. The staff was amazing. I would stay here again.

I wish people were a bit more conscious about throwing the trash away in trash cans instead of leaving them around the lazy river. This place tries to keep up, but how do you keep up when people are not acting like people. The mentality someone would pick up after you has to change. We all have to play part in keeping things clean and neat to make our stay is more enjoyable.

All the amenities were on site no need to leave

When we arrived we were told that our room was over booked there for it was no longer available they gave us a double queen size room and that was fine until the the maid walked in on me sleeping nude not sure if she was aware are stay was two night let a live we were in that room at all

rude pool attendant who mans the gate. we had just checked in and had our bags dropped off in our room and headed to the pool. I asked the bellhop if I was allowed to bring my small soft cooler to the pool w a few snacks, waters and a couple alcoholic beverages we bought at the downstairs lobby store. he replied yes as long as it wasn’t a huge plastic cooler. the pool gate attendant berated us and made a big deal of what could have been a simple “sorry we do not allow coolers or any type”. instead we were tisk’d at, turned away with a smart comment about how he hates when other wait staff tell visitors coolers are allowed as though it was intentionally done by us to see what we could get away with. all and all it could have been handled more professionally.

Almost everything! From the lobby, to the restaurants/bars, to the pools and lazy river, to the rooms. All were very well kept and beautiful

The only disappointment I had was the fact that complimentary WiFi was not offered within the rooms. A hotel charging as much as they do for a stay should not also charge for someone to use the WiFi. Especially when cell service (for me anyways) is so spotty in the rooms.

The reception staff went above and beyond. The pool and the water slides were a blast! My daughter had so much fun in the pool. All the restaurants were ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Wish there was a golf cart type thing to go between the Marriot and the Ritz. Other than that the stay was perfect.

The rooms connecting, the ability to have early check in and late check out.

The pool was overcrowded and knife burger service was slow. the staff there was not friendly or accomondating. On Monday the pool was much better. Can't preorder Starbucks.
