We have used this motel several times. It is close to MCO and when my flight is late and I don't feel like driving home it always appears to be available. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The wifi is good. The breakfast buffet decent, and the price is fine.

The rooms are a little dingy - the bath showed signs of wear and the faucet turned off so tightly to stop it dripping I had trouble turning it on. Also, 1 of the 2 elevators was out of repair (not the first time), and the welcome mat shabby. A little bit of work and this would be a fine place to stay.

I love the opportunity to go from one laquinta to the other. In ordering, the same rate that the other laquinto was charging. Me booking through booking dot com darius was by far professional 100% Very knowledgeable on what I was looking for If I had a problem in my room made, this was right on top of it, but then minutes not hours minutes. Very friendly staff. No matter who I ran into in the lobby, we had problems with the waffle machine problem was immediately taken care of These are the things I like about la quinta, the la quinta, that I was at. It was like going from trailer trash to Hollywood. Cause your other laquinta, where I came from? Was absolutely horrendous. Once again, I'd like to think darius for all his knowledge and all the rest of the staff spokennoise for making this stay one of the best that i've had in a long time

The only thing I didn't like who's the dirty windows in the lobby? The elevator. They do make a product called Shelley. Shine for stainless steel. I think that would work a lot better than what they're doing by wiping it down. But that's just my opinion. The only other thing I didn't like was that. I'm on the 3rd floor. And the ice machine was not working, so now we have to go down to the 2nd floor to get ice.

Close to the airport

Had broken elevator, had to go to the other side to get to the other elevator. Also some guess were to loud until 2.43 am, had to call front desk. Following morning complain to Manuel did not sims like he care about, he maid it sims normal. Also they need to post on booking that they charge a 75 $ deposit and it takes about 3 to 5 business days to refund. Booking needs to make aware about that deposit ok.

Coffee and breakfast was good. Stayed previously and enjoyed it. This time I enjoyed the coffee but had to leave early.

There was no fridge to keep my bottled water cold. No microwave. Appears to be a standard perk in rooms anymore. There was a medium sized bug on the curtain which I tried removing but lost, he fell somewhere. Checked but couldn’t find him. Surprised housekeeping didn’t notice. No huge problems.

the area was in a great place, mc Donald's walking distance as well as a sea food restaurant. staff was great and amazing. coffee is always available. room service was really nice and attentive.

room sheets are stained. the is a bit of a roach issue but not alot, we only saw 3 in a week stay. breakfast was boring, same thing over and over, we went out for breakfast.

LaQuinta Inn was a great value, especially being so close to the Orlando Airport! Instead of having to drive hours from our home, it literally took 30 minutes from check out to being at our gate for travel. The room was a clean and comfortable non-smoking room. It was quiet except for planes flying overhead but totally expected being near the airport.

The stay was excellent. Rich breakfast, coffee available all day. Very good rooms. Great location. Excellent location.

There's just one problem: they don't clean the rooms every day, perhaps due to the number of rooms in the facility, which has three floors and is quite large. They only clean the rooms every 3 days. So guests have to look for clean towels at reception.

The location was easy to find and it was close to food places.

That it didn't have enough towels for the guest in my room. Asked for a manager and the guy at front desk told me I have to come back the next day. Wasn't happy had to go buy towels and rags on the first night we stayed.

Nice and clean, it was a PLUS to have an elevator. Also it was great to be able to book from the car, walk in and have the room available! Nice staff.

Even though door locked, the optional security lock needs to be fixed. Missing a screw. Would have preferred more variety at breakfast… but you had me at the 3 pan cake makers!

The staff was nice the cleaning lady was very friendly. Kids loved the pool and breakfast.

The room was kinda dirty. The dust built up and stains in the bathroom looked like no one had really cleaned it. We used our own blankets because the blankets had stains and on one it looked like dried up blood. It could have had a lot more cleaning done.
