I love the opportunity to go from one laquinta to the other. In ordering, the same rate that the other laquinto was charging. Me booking through booking dot com darius was by far professional 100% Very knowledgeable on what I was looking for If I had a problem in my room made, this was right on top of it, but then minutes not hours minutes. Very friendly staff. No matter who I ran into in the lobby, we had problems with the waffle machine problem was immediately taken care of These are the things I like about la quinta, the la quinta, that I was at. It was like going from trailer trash to Hollywood. Cause your other laquinta, where I came from? Was absolutely horrendous. Once again, I'd like to think darius for all his knowledge and all the rest of the staff spokennoise for making this stay one of the best that i've had in a long time

The only thing I didn't like who's the dirty windows in the lobby? The elevator. They do make a product called Shelley. Shine for stainless steel. I think that would work a lot better than what they're doing by wiping it down. But that's just my opinion. The only other thing I didn't like was that. I'm on the 3rd floor. And the ice machine was not working, so now we have to go down to the 2nd floor to get ice.

the area was in a great place, mc Donald's walking distance as well as a sea food restaurant. staff was great and amazing. coffee is always available. room service was really nice and attentive.

room sheets are stained. the is a bit of a roach issue but not alot, we only saw 3 in a week stay. breakfast was boring, same thing over and over, we went out for breakfast.

LaQuinta Inn was a great value, especially being so close to the Orlando Airport! Instead of having to drive hours from our home, it literally took 30 minutes from check out to being at our gate for travel. The room was a clean and comfortable non-smoking room. It was quiet except for planes flying overhead but totally expected being near the airport.

The stay was excellent. Rich breakfast, coffee available all day. Very good rooms. Great location. Excellent location.

There's just one problem: they don't clean the rooms every day, perhaps due to the number of rooms in the facility, which has three floors and is quite large. They only clean the rooms every 3 days. So guests have to look for clean towels at reception.

The staff was nice the cleaning lady was very friendly. Kids loved the pool and breakfast.

The room was kinda dirty. The dust built up and stains in the bathroom looked like no one had really cleaned it. We used our own blankets because the blankets had stains and on one it looked like dried up blood. It could have had a lot more cleaning done.

Nice and clean, it was a PLUS to have an elevator. Also it was great to be able to book from the car, walk in and have the room available! Nice staff.

Even though door locked, the optional security lock needs to be fixed. Missing a screw. Would have preferred more variety at breakfast… but you had me at the 3 pan cake makers!

We have stayed there before and will do so again. After a long flight to MCO this is a stop to get some sleep in a good room with good breakfast. Nothing more, nothing less. The price was much cheaper than the competition. I am glad to see that the parking lot has no potholes now.

The bath in our room really needs refacing or replacing. It looked grungy.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakkfast was good. The bed was nice, the shower runs hot water.

A little dark in the room and could use more sockets by the table. Also if a loud car parks by, it is a little annnoying on the first floor. But otherwise very nice.

Great staff and great management. Clean environment. Great use of facilities. Stunning location.

What is an excellent location Walmart is right around the corner. The place was nice and clean. It’ll disappointed in the breakfast. Buffet really didn’t have much to offer but my stay was very nice. Go back again.

But I like the most wins the restaurant on house is a great place to get a burger and food. We’re really nice and accommodating. I like the courtyard, seven chairs and tables. I had an Arella.
