The location is perfect, it’s only a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs and room was clean and beds were comfortable. Pool area and location was actually nice but sadly that’s about it.

TIME SHARE WARNING….When checking in they try to sucker you in to their TIME SHARE experience to get a “free” gift which isn’t why I was there and if I would have know I definitely wouldn’t have stayed at this resort !!! Also if you want to use the free bus transportation to any of the Disney parks that they describe in their website you have to make a “reservation”. Our room had only a refrigerator and NO coffee maker, I mean I get that it’s an older resort that they remodeled but to not have a coffee maker is kind of ridiculous and forces you to get your coffee from their “Coffee Shop” that’s down stairs and pay Starbucks prices but not Starbucks quality. Honestly there isn’t anything that makes you want to go back to stay again.

The location can’t be beat! We love staying at this hotel and stay here often! We can park the car and walk across the street and we’re in Disney Springs. It’s super convenient to get to the parks too. Always feel safe! Wish the pool/hot tub stayed open just a tad later but this hotel is the best value for your money!

It can get a little loud because the doors slam shut. The beds are also not the most comfortable, but we literally are only in our room to sleep and they’re not awful. Doesn’t change the value of the hotel for us.

our room was not as nice as some of the rooms in the Tower part of the hotel. the room had a 70’s feel to it. Our room located by the hotel’s air conditioning group of fans which you could hear from the room. We were told we got this area of the hotel because we booked our room through a “third party” such as Booking.com. I felt a bit discriminated against as booking.com lists all amenities as if we booked directly through the hotel’s own website....I’m finding that saving money only singles us out and hotels are NOT allowing us same privileges!! Booking.com needs to realize We are not given same treatment but rather pushed off to the less desirable areas of the properties.

The hotel located in a very convenient place and just 3 minutes walk from the Disney Springs. The shuttle bus is super good and on time. We can also enjoy the Magic hour to get into the theme parks 30 minutes earlier than others, which is really helpful. The breakfast in the lobby was good.

I had a great stay here. From the moment I arrived, Diego at the front desk set the tone—warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of, and that first impression really stuck with me. The lobby is beautiful and inviting, and the room was just as impressive—spotless, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Everything about the place felt thoughtfully maintained and guest-focused. All in all, a fantastic experience. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is 5 minutes from Disney Springs, which you can easily walk to. The area is great, as there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel staff is very friendly, especially the valet staff. Half of my family doesn't speak English, so they have staff who speak Portuguese/Brazilian to assist you when needed. At the check-in, you receive many coupons to use in the Springs area. Regarding my stay: The pool facilities are very cozy. I only had breakfast one day at the hotel restaurant (paying on the spot), and I didn't have any other meals there, so I can't say if it was worth it. But the breakfast was great, and there were good options. I had a problem with the air conditioning in my room, and it was quickly fixed. And the price is very fair, although the rooms are not very large, they are comfortable. I stayed in a room that faced the garden, and the view was great. I also felt safe walking around the hotel area. However, I noted that outside of the Disney Springs and hotel area, you won't see many people walking around, and it is safer to drive to a supermarket, outlets, or malls in the area. The best thing about staying at this hotel is that they have shuttle buses that pick you up and drop you off at the hotel door to take you to all Disney parks free of charge. You get to the parks one hour early. Getting to Universal Parks by Uber/Lyft is not very far, and the price of an Uber doesn't exceed $20. I also entered Universal Parks one hour earlier because of this hotel. Previously, I thought this benefit was only for Disney parks, but it works with all.

The rooms, although overlooking the garden, have an entrance to an open hallway, and the window faces the hallway, so if you want some privacy, you need to keep the blackout curtains closed at all times, or else everyone passing by in the hallway will see you lying in your bed. It's sad because then you lose the view. The rooms could really use a microwave, which would make it much easier if you buy a snack at night and need to heat it up later. Despite these details, the stay was great.

You need more products in the convenience store part, as the closes 7/11 is a 15-minute walk away. The food that the pool was great, however it is the only restaurant on the grounds and when it is storming/raining you can not access it without being drenched. You need to provide proper kettles or toasters for the rooms so that people can actually eat when there is a storm, we missed dinner last night as a storm start at 5pm and was still pouring rain and thunder until after 10pm, but the time is stopped the resturant was closed. We have no dinner.

The room was clean and comfortable. The resort is in a great location, right by the overpass to Disney Springs. The staff was very friendly. While we didn't use it, the pool area seemed pretty nice. It was also pretty quiet.

The door was a little tough to open and close. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion but no body wash or shower soap in the room. We got one bar but that was already established as the sink soap. While it isn't usually a problem because I tend to bring my own, we had an unexpected stay due a delay in our flight home and I was already out at that point.
