I did not ask for a quiet room but rather a handicap room and that is what we got. A very roomy space with all the facilities that I require.

Breakfast was not very appealing, the truck was coming either later today or later in the week. This is the difference between a 9 and a 10 rating A 10 rated hotel would have gone locally to pick up what was needed for breakfast, not just put out a very poor selection which looked like it had been there for a while. The coffee was excellent.

Quality Inn Lake City FL Room 304 is spacious and comfortable. The bed is great but the pillows could be a bit larger. The shower head is a little low but that happens with me. I always love when there are premium channels available. Continental breakfast is good, your standard options, with plenty of seating.

When we arrived we had an empty front desk and we had to wait 10 minutes. Once help arrived the person gave us keys to an occupied room. The TV was a jigsaw to figure out. The tub didn't drain until I pulled the plug completely out.

The hotel was rated in the good range but we found it to be very good. The only things about the property was the ceilings needed painting and the tub needed non slip strips to prevent falls. The staff were especially polite and friendly which was very refreshing. Our overnight stay there was great and relaxing.

It is in need of repairs and upgrades. The ceilings in the common areas were leaking and falling down after a terrible thunderstorm. Carpet all needs replacing!

Staff were terrific from the second we checked in and the following morning as we were loading the car . Traveled with cats in carriers and staff engaged in conversation regarding the cats….and their cats! Every associate we encountered were so friendly . Absolutely made our stay such a pleasure! This will be our planned go to spot when traveling through Lake City !

The eating area was wonderful. The pet room was great. Easy to takes him out. Room was clean and smelled great. Bed was very comfortable. Young lady who checked us in was fantastic......... She made the perfect day .......

Could use more options, Maybe biscuits and gravy.

Staff at check in was just not warm and pleasant but staff at check out was very nice.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They had just started fresh breakfast offering of scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. I would stay at this location again because it is a good value for the price.
