This beautiful hotel is less than 100 yards from the beach and has beautiful views of the ocean and diamond head and just a 10 minute walk to the main walk area of Waikiki but far enough to be quite and secluded enough that you are not in the main bustle of tourist. This hotel also offers free bikes that you can take with locks to get around if you don't want to take a vehicle out into Honolulu (I advise you don't as parking inside the city can be hard to find a parking spot). They also offer free beach towels and chairs to take to the beach. Which was a pleasant surprise.

The only things I can really nit pick are they could add the parking for people with vehicle rentals into the hotel cost. It is an additional $40 a day for parking on property.

The room was huge. Loved the wooden floor. Very stylish with eye for detail. And really different to all the rather standard rooms you will find in most places. The view at the park and diamond was stunning. And total privacy. Loved the morning on the balcony with the birds and tranquility. This place is at the end, or the beginning of the beaches, and far away from the chaos further towards Waikiki. It is a good 10 minutes walk to Waikiki and the big hotels. But you can get a bike (5 minutes ride) from the hotel for free!

I reserved a room with a King bed specifically. On arrival I was told only the 2x double was available. That should not happen. A little stain on a perfect stay. It was totally compensated by the smiles and friendliness of all staff.

Boutique hotel… enjoyed the amenities, bikes, complimentary evening wine, yoga mats with complimentary class, coffee, beach chairs and towels daily, room robes and slippers.. lovely classic beach decor room, quiet hotel, friendly personable staff! Nice diamond head view and partial ocean view from our room. 10/10

Very minor thing… complimentary evening wine per person however my spouse does not drink wine and the bar could not exchange the wine for a beer or mock tail. Would still stay there again.

Beautiful corner room with a view of Diamond Head and the ocean. Perfect for enjoying the complimentary wine at happy hour! Easy walk into Waikiki or reasonable Uber ride to other attractions/restaurants.

The staff was super nice. Our room was great, we could see the sunrise and sunset! They offered beach chairs , bikes, and other things you may need for your stay. They had a laundry area. There was a small outdoor eating place we really loved. It was a quite area.

The bed needed to be changed. It was just ok, after a couple nights my back was hurting. It had an indentation in the mattress. parking was too expensive and the local parking was hard to get! The closet beach was mostly closed off to seals!

The room was a good size and nicely furnished

They offer snorkeling equipment but it is in bad condition and not cleaned between uses, we got 2 sets, one wasn't usable and both were covered in previous peoples sunscreen

The restaurant was a little disappointing and expensive.

What breakfast? No restaurant served breakfast however LOVED the espresso machine and microwave in the room a very nice touch. Also Nicolle was an incredible masseuse and I liked I could book this. The valet guys were super kind as were the maids.

I never got my welcome drink and I thought the haole front desk lady was super unfriendly and unwelcoming so that turned me off.

Staff, you can get water at the reception, white clean bed linen, hygiene products. All in all, the staff is what's helping the hotel get good reviews.

All windows of the hotel are to the same view. We booked a room with a full view to the ocean though, we only caught a glimpse of it. We got a room in 7th floor with a full view to the parking lot :) so if you really want to get a good view, book the upper floors, because partial or full view to the ocean - no difference. Old, room has a strong smell of mold.

The location is just far enough away from the craziness of town. The beach and parks nearby were perfect and relaxing. I like the boutique feel and the views of diamond head. Easy to catch an uber and great additional services nearby like convenient store and coffee shop. I love the on site Hui car rental option. Pricy, but very convenient and easy. Staff were incredible. Loved them all.

The room we booked was “unavailable” at check in due to “availability”. Don’t do that. If a room is booked, it’s booked. Our first 20 minutes upon arrival were stressful, frustrating and extremely aggravating to the point of wanting to leave. The staff finally met our reservation request and from there on out we had no issues. If that continues to be the SIP, room selection based on availability, we would not return if we were not guaranteed the room we booked.
