Location, bed comfortable and clean, near the beach, provided with beach chair and umbrella

Washing machine old and eaten my money. Hard to self-check in, I didn't get the key code even arriving in front of the hotel. Forever no reply through Booking system. Luckily get in with someone else's help .

Location brilliant! So close to beach.

Very noisy people in building and in surrounding buildings for most of night and early morning. But this was well known before booking due to other comments.

It was in a perfect location. Had an ABC right around the corner, and the beach an equal distance away! No frills but had everything we needed and it felt safe. Also had an outdoor shower, PLENTY of towels on hand, and boogie boards n such you could borrow for beach time!

We had one window that didn't have a curtain. It was tinted but someone could see right through it. It faced an area people didn't seem to walk through but it felt a bit weird.

I loved the value of the space, the bed was very comfortable! The staff picking up and dropping off luggage were so friendly. I got responses to any issues I had and they were resolved as much as was in their control. I also loved that it was a super easy walk to Waikiki beach.

The room let a lot of outside light in at night, light cracks around the door, one window without a curtain to keep street lights light out, a thin curtain on the glass sliding balcony door that didn't block light at night. Other guests were inconsiderate by slamming their door all through the night and talking loudly in the hallway. **Not within the control of the business.

Takes forever to get hot water

Fantastic location, just a couple blocks from the beach. 400 feet away from the nearest bar. Plentiful parking across the street at the Honolulu zoo. Clean rooms and sheets. Good AC.

I saw a (one) cockroach while I was there (not their fault, prolly from the hostels across the street), occasionally trash or a swimsuit would blow down from the rooms above us, the balcony door had a tiny handle so it was difficult to open, only one mirror in the room, no parking. The windows don’t fully close. You are across the street from hostel row, so there is occasional random yelling and loud cars at night. These are all MINOR issues that did not detract from our stay.

The property is close to everything in Waikiki and you don't have to pay a resort fee! Also the staff were very helpful and quick to come and help us when we had problems with accessing the room.

Check in was very late, we arrived early in the morning and check in was 3pm, we hadn't received our code at 3pm so had to contact them, once we were in our room the door was broken and anyone could have had access to our room - they did action this very quickly and moved us to a more secure room which we were very happy with - but it was a very long day...

The suite was very well-equipped, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location itself is extremely convenient. Very good for privacy. I'll happily stay here again.

This is no fault of the accommodation, but there are other hostels in the same street, which meant the occasional drunk tourist yelling in the early hours. Aside from that, it was generally peaceful. Also, remember to check your email for the keycard code - I was waiting for an sms & didn’t think to check email until the last minute.

Using email to find the keys in the lockbox was carazy - that was the only time we saw a person related to the place. Didn't have email! Left my computer! But the location is truly amazing - except for noise from the parking lot (our view) and below...really wanted to let in the island breeze but it wasn't possible. So, there were plenty of towels and the kitchenette was great, included lots of dishes/pots&pans, and it's true, there were no less than TWO ABC stores within the block. Lemon Road is really more of an alley, you have to look out for cars but it's really ONE BLOCK from the beach. I'll take an Urban Canyon to be in that location!

See above - okay but noisy. Check in was complicated - we saw other travelers at a loss. View is not exciting from the parking lot side.

Location!

Everything was perfect except the check-in. The app for the key to enter apartment didnt work and we had to wait long time for getting a card to enter. I see many other comments like this so definately this is something that should be sorted out
