Location, bed comfortable and clean, near the beach, provided with beach chair and umbrella

Washing machine old and eaten my money. Hard to self-check in, I didn't get the key code even arriving in front of the hotel. Forever no reply through Booking system. Luckily get in with someone else's help .

A lovely small and rather quiet hotel — perfect for a peaceful stay. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a comfortable experience. We were also able to park our car for free at the nearby park by the zoo — just a 5-minute walk away.

A major downside, however, was that we booked the room for three people — a two-room unit with a large bed and a sofa. Unfortunately, the sofa is completely unsuitable for an adult to sleep on: it is too short for a person to lie down at full length. We informed the management right away, but they insisted it was designed for an adult, which is clearly not the case in practice. Sadly, this issue spoiled the overall experience of our stay.

Location was perfect for the beach and Waikiki but it is very noisy and lots of light comes through various windows. problem solved with good quality earplugs (Loops) and a good face mask so it wasn't an issue for us. The facilities suited us very well. Good value for money.

The air conditioning unit above the bed in the main room dripped constantly. The fan light kept randomly turning off and on when we had it on. The front door mechanism was loose so it took a lot to close. The lamp light flickered badly on anything but the lowest dim.

Property is conveniently located right by the beach, plenty of restaurants, and shopping centers. Everything essentially needed for the stay is within a reasonable walking distance. The suite was very comfy and had the needed essentials for anyone that may have forgotten certain hygiene items and the staff that service and clean are quite friendly. The host is timely to responding to any issues related to the suite!

Property is located in the hostel district, during our stay we did witness a couple of guys get into a verbal altercation in the middle of the street. Location is in an alleyway and parking can be difficult as far as finding anything nearby that would be free of cost.

I loved the value of the space, the bed was very comfortable! The staff picking up and dropping off luggage were so friendly. I got responses to any issues I had and they were resolved as much as was in their control. I also loved that it was a super easy walk to Waikiki beach.

The room let a lot of outside light in at night, light cracks around the door, one window without a curtain to keep street lights light out, a thin curtain on the glass sliding balcony door that didn't block light at night. Other guests were inconsiderate by slamming their door all through the night and talking loudly in the hallway. **Not within the control of the business.

Very noisy people in building and in surrounding buildings for most of night and early morning. But this was well known before booking due to other comments.

Best things about this place are the location and the price. No resort fees, no extra charges, no good view or pool - Just a simple, clean place to stay close to everything. Unless you are at a hostel, you will unlikely find a better price. I also appreciate the coffee supplies, the amount of towels given, having beach towels in the room, the use of beach chairs and boogie boards. Having a small kitchen is great and the balcony is spacious. I thought the bed was comfortable.

The worst part is the noise. It is in an alley of a city, so you must expect some noise. I wish there was clear information about the parking. There are 3 spots that people used - but I thought you were not allowed to use them. I would have used them and I would also pay for them. The kitchen electric outlet did not work and we had a little trouble with the shower draining, but we plunged it with the toilet plunger and then it drained better.

The team was very supportive and helped us cancel a duplicate booking after we accidentally booked 2 rooms! The room was clean with powerful AC. There were plenty of cooking utensils and toiletries which made our stay comfortable! The communication walking through the lock box pickup instructions were clear. It was located near lots of great places to eat, cafes, and the beach. They also provided plenty of towers, including beach towels. Lastly, they let us leave our luggage after check out at the near by real estate office. Price was very fair, too. Thank you Aloha Suites!

It was a little noisy around the hotel at night, but we put on rain sounds and it drowned it out easily. Stay was near- perfect otherwise!

It was in a perfect location. Had an ABC right around the corner, and the beach an equal distance away! No frills but had everything we needed and it felt safe. Also had an outdoor shower, PLENTY of towels on hand, and boogie boards n such you could borrow for beach time!

We had one window that didn't have a curtain. It was tinted but someone could see right through it. It faced an area people didn't seem to walk through but it felt a bit weird.
