This room got the best view. The two beds were comfortable even the sofa bed. It has complete kitchen and everything you need is in there. Free parking is a plus.

I didn't get the message right away that this was not under the hotel but an individual booking agent. I automatically go to the front desk knowing this was a hotel. The staff told me they can't find my name and just book in a nearby hotel. When I was about to call Booking, I saw the message that we don't have to talk to front desk and gave us the instructions to get in the room. This was my first time experience in booking like airbnb (I don't book those). Well, everything went well. I just wish I got a call or text earlier because we got in at almost 11pm.

The host was communicative.

The paper in the kitchen had good information, but could use updating. Add something to explain the A/C. This would help the host not have to answer so many questions. “To operate the A/C, ensure the balcony door is closed. A sensor prevents the A/C from operating when this door is open.”

This property was walking distance to almost everything! Free parking was perfect and saved us a lot of money. There was dishes in the kitchen. First aid kit and it had a beautiful view. The laundry room was very convenient.

There was not anything I didn’t like!

The apartment is nice, and good location. It is an old apartment, needs up update but for the price is great. Close distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. I had a great time with my family

Happy to have onsite parking. The views from the lanai were lovely. Helpful to have a coin laundry available. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

The kitchen was not very well equipped for actual cooking. It would have been nice to have coffee filters and a starter amount of coffee supplies provided. Most of the furniture could use updating. It would have been helpful to have a general instruction sheet about the apartment — how the television worked, where the garbage chute was located, how to leave the apartment (used linens, garbage, etc.).
