We come to watch the grandkids play ball we drove for 12 hours & when we got here the staff was so friendly and laughing and it was a pleasure to check in. We brought to the grandkids back to stay with us and the staff went and got extra blankets for us and it was just a pleasure to stay there

It was good .. the children loved the mini waffles .. the gal who managed the kitchenette was kind and wanted to please everyone! Kept it very clean

The lady on duty one of the nights(Thursday ) was not willing to work with our family about gathering around the dining area … we had a wedding in the area so we all stayed together at your motel.. we rented 7-8 rooms .. If she would have been willing to work with us it would have been more pleasant..

The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of items. The only thing that wasn't available were packets of mustard. I like mustard with a sausage patty. Also, the desk clerk extended the kindest offer to me after I checked out on Sunday. I stopped at the front door and she asked if I had forgotten something. No, I needed to grab some moistened paper towels from the public lobby restroom. When I told her what I was using them for she wanted me to take rags/old washcloths instead. She so sweetly got two for me. (I was going to my parent's gravesite and needed something to clean their headstone as it's always dirty.) That was such an act of kindness. Special thanks to her once again.

On Saturday morning there was an adult male's voice suddenly shouting in the hallway with small children. Apparently, they had run out of the room, he followed them, and they were locked out of the room. It was 7 am. He was in a rage and was using expletives left and right. It was extremely disturbing. This had nothing to do with the hotel operation, but a very bad moment in my mind. I am still struggling on whether I should have notified the desk. It seemed to be a moment to get child protective services involved.

We did not care for the cheese omelets or sausage on the breakfast bar. Those were the primary sources of protein so it was a bit disappointing. If you like carbs there were plenty of options. The remote for the TV wasn't working very well.

I love how well house keeping did cleaning the room and making the bed EVERYDAY! Other than accidentally leaving all Decaf coffee one morning, which wasn't a huge deal, I felt at home after a long day at work! Thank you to all the staff!!!

I wish the breakfast was served earlier that 6 am. Like 5 or 5:30. I had to be at work by 6.

Property was very clean and well equipped. Staff was great especially Sarah at the front desk. She took care of my two associates reservations when they couldn’t make it because of weather. She was most helpful and happy . Breakfast was good and well stocked. Great property

Everything was excellent from the service to the comfort to the cleanliness to the amenities. For a small town, the location was perfect for dining and there was a movie theater activity rooms the street.

Pool hours are too short. In my opinion, adults should be allowed to use the pool til 11pm.

The bag of goodies when we checked in was really nice. The lady at the desk was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent

Being on the side towards I-69. It was a little loud. Nothing they could help. It may have been extra noticeable since having a baby.

my only downside would be the water pressure for the shower. could have been the shower head. but really that happens with a lot of hotels. I think hotels also might want to get ride of the multiple turn shower head also. but beyond that, I was only there to sleep over the 3 days. I was out at the lakes beyond that

I loved how clean our room was. Very nice place to stay. Breakfast was a lot better than some other places we have stayed. Definitely more variety.

The bed we had was a little hard but the pillows were awesome. Not a lot I didn't like.
