Ease of access. The bed was perfection. Breakfast options were excellent.

I will forever be bugged when a hotel doesn't fully restock. The coffee K-Cups were not replenished when I arrived. No one needs 2 decaf cups and just 1 regular. I bought more at Walmart so I wouldn't have to bother. And the shampoo and conditioner bottles are one use only if you have thick long hair. So I bought more shampoo and conditioner for my two night stay since housekeeping didn't ever check in. The room lighting is so harsh. Whatever bulbs you use in all the light fixtures are blindingly white! Is it a hotel room or an interrogation room? None of these are deal breakers, just answers to your question! I'd come back. I would recommend the hotel if I knew anyone who has to go to Richmond for anything, which I don't

The facility has recently been renovated and is immaculate and appealing. Rooms and surrounding area extremely clean and organized. The breakfast area was also clean and well stocked. Would stay here again given the opportunity.

The staff member checking us in could have been more personable. His lack of friendliness was the only negative about this experience.

The staff was very pleasant, location right off the highway but not so close you hear the traffic noise. The bathroom was amazing. They went all out on their showers. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast here was a great way to start our day. Lots to eat. Want to give a shout out to, I believe her name was Chrystal or Christy she was amazingly helpful to make our stay perfect!

Room was a good size and well equipped. The staff was pleasant. This location has active remodeling underway but worked had stopped for the day when we checked in and did not start before we had checked out. The remodeling had no negative impact on our overnight stay. We would stay here again

The hotel adds non-refundable Charges for dogs. In all my years of travel i have encountered more trouble from unruly children than any dogs traveling with their owners. We have 2 kids both adults now but we enjoyed traveling as a family with our dog(s) for years. I find these added fees for dogs to be nothing more than a cash grab from folks that enjoy and or need to travel with their pets. If a hotel has experienced damage i would support holding those travelers accountable. There was no notice on booking.com that there would be a fee. We purposely searched for "no fee" pet friendly places to stay.

The room was clean and spacious. Had one add-on and one team and one little one and we were all very comfortable. Everything was in good working condition. It was a really nice breakfast in the morning. It was coffee and water available all day and it was very nice. The staff is extremely courteous.

Breeakfast was very good and plentiful @ 7 AM. Convenient location . Quiet lot and hotel. Would easily return to this establishment.

Commode installation was off a little (in room 202, anyway), probaly in a hurry-up installation for remodeling, since the BW had just opened that week. But this did not affect any functionality.

My friend said the breakfast was great. I didn't do the breakfast,so I can't comment.

Neither room had closets or coat hangers; don't recall ever seeing a hotel without provisions to hang up your clothes. WiFi was pretty much useless. It would access a handful of pages, but when you tried to go to next page, you get "We can't reach that page".

Excellent breakfast. Enjoyed the bacon selection instead of the standard sausage patties of most other places. Very convenient to the highway.

Although the facility is being upgraded, the quality of the workmanship is not good. ie: large snags in the new carpet, water leaks at bottom of shower door onto the floor.

This beautiful property was recently renovated, and it is an amazing value for the money. It looks and feels like a brand new hotel. We had a king room, which was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and everything was top-notch.

Zero complaints.

My only problem was I requested a 2nd or 3rd floor room when I made the reservation because I had my dog who is a flight risk with me & ended up on the first floor. I understand the 2nd floor was being renovated but there was a 3rd floor and I think I gave enough notice. Next time I'll call
