Joe I think his name was checked us in both nights very pleasant no issues. My reservation was made through booking.com and he had the necessary information readily available. I check out day unfortunately we overslept so we will probably an hour late getting out of the room and we had no problem with housekeeping with the front desk. They were very obliging and said there was no problem.

Being able to have my. Pets with me was.a real plus. Having what was like a.mini apt with a couch and.a little kitchen area was absolutely fantastic.. we could save monet by getting food.and cooking.it ourselves. The staff here were.so very friendly and helpful it was a pleasure dealing with them. I am disabled and the staff.helped me by seeing that my room was easy for.me to get.to and had a seat in the shower for me. I just wish.the.reaon I had to stay in a motel was.for.pleasure not for the.reason I had to stay in a motel. I am glad I found this place and I will recommend it to anyone I know.that.is looking for.a.good.plsce to stay. Thank you. Elaine Marcin

The only thing.i suggest.is that when you get the room ready for occupancy you should make sure there is a plastic mat put down in the shower. It gets very slippery and I almost slipped when I was taking a shower and my daughter did go down. I told her to put down a towel on the inside floor of the shower while she was in there and it did the trick. No more slipping. Thanks

last minute booking and check-in worked fine; bed was comfortable, bathroom fixtures all in good working order; didn't get up in time for breakfast - would have been nice if it had been available longer than 6-9 am. It was listed as being within 2 miles of our position when we booked, but it was 25 minutes to drive there.

Better description of location before booking

Close to Salem and Boston, and just half an hour from the airport! The front desk ladies were the sweetest and so helpful. We had issues with our original hotel and ended up with nowhere to stay Halloween week in Salem, but luckily they had availability and were more than accommodating to us :) Nice large rooms, and for the most part clean.

The hallways had an awful smell- but the rooms were fine. It’s also very noisy, our neighbors all around us we’re constantly loud all hours of the night.

Nice size room, kitchen area, comfortable bed. Everything was clean.

Staff weren't particularly friendly, my train got me into the area at 2pm & I couldn't drag my case around so went straight to hotel. I except check in is 3pm but when the room is ready & there are numerous rooms available I couldn't see the harm. She literally made me wait, sitting in reception to exactly 3pm.

The front desk rep, Andrew was very nice and helpful.

I marked the booking for 3 people and 2 beds but fot a room with one bed and a pull out couch. The mattress for the pull out couch was filled with stains and was completely disgusting. Did not get any sort od sheets or blankets for the 3rd person so had to keep going downstairs to get the items that were missed such as pillows and an extra hand towel to bathe. The room looked like someone was angry at it as there are 2 holes on the tv stand and two on the top right corner above the cabinets on the kitchen wall. The water pressure of the shower was extremely weak as well. Avoid room 311 if possible.

The staff are friendly. Always have a smile.

I didn’t like that my room was right next to the elevator,so that’s all I hear night and day!! Very annoying.

Staff is excellent. I'm homeless as we had to sell our house due to a abusive husband n a divorce due to b final 10/31/23 yes Halloween, my sons birthday. If we needed anything all we did was ask n get it right there n then

The breakfast. It would be nice to have " more choices " coffee/tea muffins/ oatmeal we make.

I didn’t like the noise from the elevator my room was right behind it and was so loud! I work night so the elevator in the day time was horrible!!
