We will definitely stay here again. Although the hotels decor is a little dated, they definitely make up for it in cleanliness! ( and trust me, I checked) It's very clean and the be is very comfortable. The free continental breakfast is really good, and you have access to free tea/ coffee and juice all day. They go the extra mile by offering free ladies sanitary products in the bathrooms near the pool. And we got a phone call about 15 minutes after we checked in to make sure we were happy with everything which was just a nice touch. I've stayed in far more expensive hotels and had worse experiences the staff here really care and it truly shows!

breakfast was great, quick & easy access. The pool was awesome, the kids loved it. The front desk staff was super friendly & helpful in every way that we needed!!

rooms next to the "designated smoking areas" are not great as the entire room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, we ended up needing to move our room because it was so bad but the front desk gentleman happily helped us relocate & we were very happy.

My dtr has cololisis and frequent bowel movements several times day and night, our room had less than quarter of roll of toilet paper and she ask the front desk attendant if she could have a couple of extra rolls and he didn't want too until she told him why and embarrassing her even more to explain why.

We thank Daniel at the front desk for his professionalism and kindness and Eli who gave us the possibility to have breakfast (we misunderstood the finish time, we thought it was 9:30am and not 9:00am) The room and bathroom were clean The beds were cumfortable

Eli working at the front desk was polite, friendly and professional. Location was good near restaurants and Meijer. Clean facility.

Ice machine was broke and I wish they had ice water to fill my drinking bottle. I also noticed the bathroom didn't have a fan.

Daniel at the front desk is amazing. He treated us so well and was so warm in his approach. Five stars to him. The room was nice, spacious and clean. The washroom was clean and spacious. The stay in itself was comfortable. KFC, Tim Hortons and A&W right across the road.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. The spread could have been better.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and healthy. Staff was friendly and ready to help. There were no really outstanding items to brag about but we were pleased with our room and comfort. Also, it's in a good location, which means a lot to us!

No complaints, really. As said, previously, it was adequate and comfortable. No outstanding amenities ... just comfortable and acceptable. We will stay here again, if we are in the area.

The lady (Rebecca) at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The room attendants were always smiling. My son and his family live there and if the need arises again I will definitely come stay there. The breakfast was also excellent. Very clean area and perfect location.

I don't like the idea of charging more and give us less. Less coffee, Less towels, Less soap. When you see there is more than 1 person staying in the room for more than 1 night, then there should be more supplies.
