We will definitely stay here again. Although the hotels decor is a little dated, they definitely make up for it in cleanliness! ( and trust me, I checked) It's very clean and the be is very comfortable. The free continental breakfast is really good, and you have access to free tea/ coffee and juice all day. They go the extra mile by offering free ladies sanitary products in the bathrooms near the pool. And we got a phone call about 15 minutes after we checked in to make sure we were happy with everything which was just a nice touch. I've stayed in far more expensive hotels and had worse experiences the staff here really care and it truly shows!

Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and healthy. Staff was friendly and ready to help. There were no really outstanding items to brag about but we were pleased with our room and comfort. Also, it's in a good location, which means a lot to us!

No complaints, really. As said, previously, it was adequate and comfortable. No outstanding amenities ... just comfortable and acceptable. We will stay here again, if we are in the area.

Daniel at the front desk is amazing. He treated us so well and was so warm in his approach. Five stars to him. The room was nice, spacious and clean. The washroom was clean and spacious. The stay in itself was comfortable. KFC, Tim Hortons and A&W right across the road.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. The spread could have been better.

The lady (Rebecca) at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The room attendants were always smiling. My son and his family live there and if the need arises again I will definitely come stay there. The breakfast was also excellent. Very clean area and perfect location.

I don't like the idea of charging more and give us less. Less coffee, Less towels, Less soap. When you see there is more than 1 person staying in the room for more than 1 night, then there should be more supplies.

It's nice, the bed is comfortable. Most of the time it was quiet.

I just wish they would look at how many people are staying in the room, and adjust their supplies that way. 2 people for 2 nights should have more than 1 reg and 1 decafe coffee(that was all that was in the room.) 2 towels for 2 people 2 days isn't enough. We shouldn't have to request more.

Room was very spacious and clean.

Only 1 ac unit to cool the entire area. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The ac unit was in the living room. There was not a separate ac unit or even fans in the bedrooms. The bedrooms were very warm and stuffy.

I grew up in this area and this is where we always stay when we come into town. We can count on it being clean and have a friendly staff.

The staff was very nice and the rooms, lobby, hallways were clean.

The only thing I didn't like was being informed that they now request a $150 room deposit. I feel they do not need to charge. they can let the people know that any of the things happen to the room, they will be charged. I wasn't happy when I was told this.

Very clean and comfortable seemed to be recently updated even though I didn't use the pool, it looked nice & clean. Free breakfast was good but no choice for us meat eatets

A/C in the room was a little noisy, may have just been my room.
