The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean as was the bathroom. Quiet area and you can tell that the team cares about the hotel.

I had a handicap accessible room but it was not actually accessible. The room itself was too small. You would not be able to get a wheelchair in there and a walker would be a struggle. I managed with a cane but with luggage too it was a fit. The bathroom and shower were accessible if you can get through the bedroom to it.

Wonderful stay,,my partner hd spoke with manager to get early access to the room to decorate for my bday without me knowing,,I was so surprised overjoyed to walk in..my spouse told me the staff helped pull it off,,I'm so grateful.so in my opinion the staff/manager as well housekeeping were excellent

Friendly staff, location was good, easy access to get around, close to family. Th continental breakfast was plentiful. Nice array of options.

There is no room service for the first 3 days

Nice close to highway easy in and out of room They had us on second floor but moved us to down stairs when asked.

The desk chair was worn out not good to sit in And a few bugs 3 fly bugs in bathroom Could have gotten in the door. But killed two spiders one in bath and one in room .

Very nice staff and the rooms where clean and they was able to accommodate to us needing 2 rooms close together. Definitely will be staying here again .

The pool is awfully small and boring kids didnt like it much and some vending machines would be nice .

The shower kept dripping. I did all I could to stop it. And the hot water took forever to get hot. I wasn’t a deal breaker. Just check the plumbing more often.

Stayed in room 105. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, all amenities were present and working. The outside pool was clean and enjoyable. Breakfast area was clean and choices were plentiful. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend

Location and price. It was a nice, clean room. The free breakfast was good with a lot of choices.

It was a little difficult to get to. The tv was missing the cable that connects it to the internet.

We loved the kindness of the staff. Both the frontdesk as the lady who assisted us during breakfast were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. It is also quite close to everything: the park, the historic center, shops et cetera.

The location was just right, with the crackerbarrel close by for shopping and eating. It was easy to get to and get back on the highway for travelling
