The room and breakfast were fine. The woman working at the desk the second day was very helpful re: taking the train into NYC.

No one at the desk when I tried to check in. And the building itself is difficult to get to if you're not familiar with the area.

The room was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the outside noise level was kept low despite hotel being next to a busy street and some train tracks. Hotel staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast had a good assortment of food items, and seating capacity was adequate. Hotel is a short drive to a variety of restaurants, stores, gas stations, and downtown Hoboken area. Pricing was a good value, and parking was free.

The views from the rooms are not very exciting (building is surrounded by construction projects, a warehouse, and train tracks yard). Also, the area seems a bit sketchy. The ironing board in the room was broken, and one of the tables in the breakfast facility was quite wobbly. Minor annoyances, really.

Finding the hotel was straightforward by Google map. Check-in was easy and quick. We were given the Wifi information and our room. The deposit was also better than the deposite that I had to leave with the other hotel that I have booked in Boston. The room is big, clean and quiet, and has a fridge with a microwave. I would like to cancel the hotel I booked in Boston and book a Holiday Inn Express out there, instead. Well done, Holiday Inn Express!

I didn't like the fact that I didn't stay in New Jersey for longer. However, I now know the hotels to look out for, book, and stay out here. This hotel is pretty much good. Nothing to fault, really. Thank you once again!

I was very pleased with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as the overall condition of the hotel. I also was quite satisfied with everything, especially the breakfast included with the room rate. .The breakfast offered a diverse range of food options and was plentiful. I particularly appreciated the availability of fresh fruits, which I found very appealing.

On the other hand, there were two aspects that could be improved. First, there was no complimentary bottled water in the room; it had to be purchased. It would have been nice to have one bottle provided per day in each room. The second downside was the location, but that’s something beyond your control. Guests should be prepared to use Uber for transportation.

The included hot breakfast was something I haven't seen in a while. It is much better than the "continental breakfast" I had seen in other hotels/motels in the past few years. I can see that the owner/management had put a lot of efforts in this. The free included parking is another point that I appreciated. Even though the hotel seemed full there were rooms/spots available. The gym seemed good. We went in and looked at the exercise machines but unfortunately didn't have time to use them.

If there is shuttle service available then that would be even better. We had to drive our car to the PATH station and parked in the parking structure. Outside the room we stayed, I believe, was the train track. Although the sound insulation was there but we still can heard a lot of traffic / track sound throughout the night. Not a major issue for us but just somewhat annoying.

Spacious room, free parking on-site, 10-15 mins by drive to Journal Square (PATH to NYC), 20 mins to the Newark airport in the mornings and breakfast is okay.

Room was a bit dusty as their cleaning is not up to the mark. Also they hardly allow you for early check-ins. Don’t get me wrong I have checked in early at multiple holiday inn locations across the country but they didn’t let us check in until 2.45pm as their room service was very slow.

The room lighting was great the beds were very comfortable. The room had good amenities. The front desk was very helpful for getting extra toiletries I appreciated the fast response for extra towels as well.

I think the channel selection could have been bigger. It was only one child channel available to watch everything else was mainly for adults. I didn't like I was un able to actually turn off the AC I had to unplug it.

Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. Very clean and comfortable room with climate control and very clean bathroom. Fantastic free breakfast. Best hotel for the price and the location; very easy access to Manhattan.

I asked for an additional day of stay (a second night) and price for one additional day was almost doubled. Because of this hike, we stayed at a different hotel for the additional day. You should address this discrepancy.

I've stayed in several places, but this one is by far one of the best. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Beds are also comfy. As a housekeeper myself, I am super pleased with the staff that works as hard as they do to keep this place running smoothly. The breakfast was also another one of my favorite things about the stay. It helped make this trip easier with children. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

I stayed there for 3 nights with my family. Everything was great including the breakfast. They had everything you look for when it comes to stay at a hotel . The staff was really cooperative and friendly. It felt like home and everything was worth it. I will always recommend it when it comes to visiting nyc because it is close and worth it.
