Our suite was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchenette had a nice sized fridge and just about everything we needed to make and enjoy simple meals in the hotel room. Front desk staff was accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Everyone we interacted with was courteous and professional. The room was quiet and the hallways were not noisy. It was very convenient to be able to charge our car at the EV plug in the lot.

The pool was closed the whole time of our stay. We were in town for an event, and found that the restaurant closed too early for us to order after, and we were not able to take advantage of breakfast before it got put away. My friend had to buy menstrual supplies from the convenience area near the front desk and they were exorbitantly expensive. We were excited that the room listing said we would have a whirlpool tub in the suite, but it was a regular bathtub, alas.

The room and property were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful *. Having a laundry room down the hall was very convenient, unfortunately they didn’t sell environmentally safe, vegan— or ANY detergent at the hotel. The location was excellent for us, right on the highway with easy access to in all directions & stores minutes away.

The pool wasn’t open, yet, laundry detergent wasn’t available for the machines, there was only one comfy chair and it was next to the window/air conditioner (loud, difficult to hear the tv). There was no “skip housekeeping” door hanger. *We had booked 7 days but decided to leave after 6, even though I called >2 days before check out I was told there would be no refund after check in, I thought that was a ridiculous policy.

The front desk staff and managers were very friendly. Check-in was smooth. Our room was very clean, and extra towels were given without issue. The pool area was clean and relaxing, with plenty of lounge chairs. Great place to read or even take a little nap (if no kids are with you!!). There is a FULL breakfast buffet, hot and cold items, muffins, oatmeal. Orange juice, apple juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate.Something for everyone! The adjoined restaurant, The Fat Cactus... 10 out of 10! The food was delicious!! I would definitely stay again!

The 1st elevator near the front desk was out of order, but there was a working elevator down the hall. No big deal. Will stay again if in the area!

I was generally satisfied with the hotel, I plan to stay there in my next visits and I will recommend it to my acquaintances.

The only thing I would add for the better: There are no room slippers in the room. After taking a shower, I think it would be much better if disposable room slippers could be placed in the rooms so that you do not have to step on the places where shoes are used. Thank you again.

Well-appointed room with all the amenities including fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well kept hotel and pleasant, courteous staff members. Excellent breakfast: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, as well as options for cereal and bagel/toast.

Would prefer better lighting, especially in the bathroom. Also, an option for decaf, as well as caffeinated coffee with breakfast. However, neither of these issues were a big deal for us.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Plenty of space for our family of five. The kids enjoyed the pool. The check in staff was friendly and recommended a nice local place for dinner. The hotel was an affordable option with close proximity for our day trip to NY.

Lacked USB ports and the breakfast option was too expensive. Luckily, there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was okay. I recall it was offered only on our third day's stay.

I could not get a receipt from Holiday Inn to cover our stay there. I needed it to seek reimbursement for my older Daughter's Room. Bookings.com said Holiday Inn would give it and Holiday Inn said Bookings.com would give it. I am going to make do with what I have (confirmation from Bookings.com and zero balance invoice from Holiday Inn). I did not like this, though. What was wrong with issuing a receipt, even if it might seem like a duplication on your respective systems?

Public transportation to New York is close to the hotel. It is in a very quiet location.

I would advise that you alternate the breakfast menu. For someone who stays longer, it is quite boring to have the same menu.

i liked the location with restaurant attached to same bldg. room was very cozy equipped with small refrigerator and microwave.the television system was aplus.so yes was well enjoyed. did seem very clean, although the carpet did need replaced.

when first arrived the guy at desk ,not friendly.i almost felt like what are you doing here? then on top of that he sent me to a room that was occupied. that sucked.wait for him to apologize.definitely felt he was racist.

Solid place in solid condition. Much better than the courtyard Marriott we have stayed in prior, down the road. This place is priced properly, and if you in the area for business, or visiting it’s a great consistent choice. We like clean rooms (no smell), low noise clientele, and safe/ lit parking. This place delivers.
