The room felt and looked clean. We loved how there was 2 queen beds, and how the couch separated so the kids could sleep separately. Our youngest slept on the little side couch and then our oldest slept on the hide a bed. It was nice having a bathtub. The staff were friendly. My youngest left their stuffed animal and when I called they said they would have it waiting at the desk and it was! They have a good selection of snacks. Beds were comfy.

No hot tub, that was a big bummer. The pool was COLD! We think it was a little expensive because we feel that we should have received either a Triple A discount or Military discount. The parking lot is a bit small. Breakfast was the same thing both days.

The accommodations are welcoming, and the staff is helpful. The lobby was tastefully decorated for the holidays, with Christmas music playing in the hallways, and holiday movies playing near the fireplace in the lobby area ~ a peaceful setting on a dreary winter day! The room was quiet, except for the last morning when the room across the wall from ours was being set up for a conference. Occasionally during our stay, dogs could be heard barking. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Dual lighting lamps above the nightstands provided a dim light when getting up during the night ~ a real plus! Daily maid service was available, although it required requesting daily. Breakfast was standard, and offered a variety of choices, which was nice since we stayed 5 nights. The Breakfast area staff was cheerful and kept the food choices well stocked. Having a 24/7coffee bar was appreciated. Cookies at the front desk were a delightful treat. The laundry area was clean, and the cost to use the machines was very reasonable. The pool is a nice size, and an adjacent bath/shower is an added bonus for dressing after a swim. We have stayed at the Comfort Suites on several occasions, and plan to continue when we are in the Burlington area.

The room's furnishings are showing use, and will need to be replaced, especially the sofa. Parking was problematic. Finding a suitable parking spot was challenging, especially with large pickups and semi-trucks in the lot. Having a designated area for semis was good; I would recommend a similar approach/larger parking slots for oversized pickups/SUV's. Those driving work vehicles tend to take up more than one parking spot, and have no regard to "dinging" someone's personal vehicle. RECOMMENDATION: Place a vertical handi-cap bar next to the shower for use when exiting, to avoid slipping on a wet bathroom floor. The cost of installing these would be minimal compared to a liability suit.

Front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. Room was good. Lots of countertop space for work, bed was comfortable, lighting was good, everything was clean, tap water had no odd odor or flavor. HVAC system was quiet. Wifi was fast enough (around 12Mbps with VPN). Parking lot had ample space, including an area for vehicles with trailers. As of August 2024, the site is very quiet, almost no foot traffic and very few vehicles. The area seems safe, but I don't know the city well enough to evaluate it.

The room was clean, but I don't really care for seeing black areas (mold/mildew) on the shower grout. I know it's time-consuming to clean, but still... Though the HVAC system was quiet, its thermostat was a bit inconsistent, especially when set for always-ON, making the room way cooler than the programmed temperature. I like the always-ON feature to drown out noise from the guests around me.

Very spacious, clean and new! Lobby was beautifully decor'd with the autumn season theme. Staff are friendly. Surrounding was safe and easy to get in-and-out. There is a creek and park nearby where we went walking. It's very tranquil and beautiful. After our experiences at the other Comfort INN&Suites in North Seattle, this one is such a contrast that we were so happy with. So we booked it again when we returned from Vancouver.

The bath room, although unusually spacious, is badly designed. There is no place in the shower/tub room to hang the towels or clothing, nor counter space in the sink area to put things. We had to move two chairs and the clothing rack to the bath room to put those towels and change clothes on. Hope they design it with thoughts for practicality of the guests!

This place was our home for a whole week of traveling around the Skagit valley. We traveled from Lynden in the north to Monroe in the south, from Deception Pass to Washington Pass. The room is very large with a large common area. The breakfast is great, there is always hot coffee in the lobby, and there's soup in the evening. We even used the office workstation.

The indoor pool was not heated to our liking, especially for the cold climate of the valley. The shower water pressure was inadequate. The window curtains didn't shut out the light completely.

Great location, close to a children’s museum, shopping, and plenty of food options. We enjoyed the pool (3-5 feet deep, relatively small but perfect for smaller children) and my daughter loved raiding the front desk for chocolate/cookies each day of our stay. The lemon water & coffee bar near the entry way was also a lovely touch. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel breakfast fare, but satisfying. The bed was very comfortable, the shower in our room was huge, and we liked the layout of the king bed room we stayed in. We stayed here to visit the Tulip Festival and it was a comfortable distance away (15 minutes by car).

It wasn’t a big deal to me, but you can hear the trains at night from this location. They sounded soft and far away, I only heard them 2-3 times a night. If you are sensitive to noise, it might be difficult. Would be nice if breakfast ended at 10 am instead of 9:30, but not a big deal. Only one elevator, which is mostly enough except for when there’s a lot of activity going on at the same time (mass check out). I was under the impression that the room we booked has a tub, but I think that was just my mistake.

The man manager was so kind and helpful checking out. Breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean, and spacious at an affordable price. I would highly recommend!

The girl checking us in had no idea what was going on. Told my dad we could get a jointing room, went to our room and they were across from each other not even next door and not joining. She did not fix this. Charged me for my dad’s room, was not helpful to resolve this. Basically just said sorry you’ll have to wait until tomorrow for my manager, nothing I can do….did not seem to care.

The Comfort Inn & Suites provided an excellent experience for our extended stay. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, and the bath towels were above the standard. Our room was very quiet, even though we stayed over the New Year's weekend. I enjoyed the Inn being a couple of blocks off the main boulevard, which provided additional peace and quiet. We have stayed in other hotels in the area over a period of years, and the Comfort Inn & Suites exceeded our expectations. If rates stay within reason, we will be back!

At this time, nothing comes to mind. The breakfast selection was average, but okay. A variety of choices would be nice; I chose to go out for breakfast at a restaurant one of the mornings we were there.

Have stayed at this location previously. The breakfast is what brought us back.

Could have done without my car getting scratched in the parking lot the last night we were there. Not the resort’s fault, but there were additional marks like someone had been trying to open the doors. Security lighting on the far end of the lot perhaps?

Welcome at check in was nice. Efficiently done and cookies available. Room very clean, quiet and bed very comfortable. Liked divider between living room area and bed area. Very nice pillows and comforter. Room was not perfumy or antiseptic smelling. Towels soft and thick. Husband enjoyed good showerhead.

Should have grab bar(s) in shower in case of a fall. Kids in pool area until late at night and early in morning, so didn’t use pool.
