The Hotel was easy to navigate, and the staff was SO nice. It was very clean, the facilities were very clean. The rooms smelled nice and the furniture was clean. They had coffee ALL day at the front, so I was quite pleased.

The layout for the breakfast area was not great. Spent more time trying not to run into other guests, then I did actually grabbing food at the serving counters. Also, we were a little sad that there were no waffles.

It was in a very good location. Coffee shops and supermarkets around the hotel.

At first the room they gave us was not very clean but once I told the front desk person, her name was Lydia she was so nice and resolved our problem fast. Gave us another room and made sure it was properly cleaned. She’s amazing.

The facility does not have rooms with 2 beds. Had 1 bed and 1 sleeper sofa. Occupant had to put sheets, etc on the hide a bed. They blame Booking.com with promising something that is not available. Our room was on the 3rd floor and ice machines were only on the 1st and 2nd floors. Elevator broke down and since we are over 80 years old could not climb up 3 flights of stairs so spent and hour in the lobby until the repair was completed.

Staff were welcoming right from the start! Hotel felt clean and “new”. Used the guest laundry - equipment was clean, easy to use and was clean. Room was big and well equipped. Breakfast brilliant. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was decent, the coffee was hot and the kids were impressed with the pancake machine.

The whirlpool was in need of new water, and the floor next to it was VERY slippery, more than a normal slippery.

Our recent stay in Holiday Inn Express Hotels & Suites Burlington by IHG was very short but very sweet. The room was very neat and smells good, even in the lobby. The breakfast was great, too.

It was clean and easy to park. Breakfast was above average for hotel chains with free breakfast. Few seats though during early weekend morning hours.

Nothing stood out negatively

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff at this property are all great! The hotel exceeded my expectations and was spotless. The price was amazing. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The standard continental breakfast with a combination of fruit, muffins, bagels, cereal, pastries, waffles, yogurt, juice, milk, tea, and fresh coffee. Additionally, there will be butter, jam/jelly, cream, and sugar available. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff was terrific. Breakfast was really good. I came just before the end so I wasn’t expecting to see much left, but there was plenty. The bed was super comfortable, and the room looked really clean.

The location is terrific for travelers, but it is pretty close to the railroad tracks, which were busy that night. I could hear the trains throughout the night, but I didn’t think it was too loud. I just happen to work with the railroad, so I might not have booked here if I’d realized how close the property was to the tracks.

The staff was great and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was really good with many options.

Asked for 2 seperate beds but got a bed and a sofa. The gym was small and a bit smelly
