I like that the place was up to date and clean. With plenty of pillows and a nice warm comfortable feel to the rooms

I booked thinking it had a restaurant after I booked with no chance of cancelling I was told the restaurant was closed. Which I got over..we arrive 1 hour early and asked was there anything for the kids to do while we wait for the rooms and was told no.. but then to find out the next day in the restaurant for breakfast they had table tennis table, bowling, fuss table, pin ball and arcade games also behind the restaurant. I'm sure if I had booked on a different day the kids would have had a blast and I wouldn't have had to go wondering around on a Sunday when everything was closed.

The themed style and family room which connected through a hallway. Right off the autoroute. Pool (unfortunately we couldn’t use it cause we arrived exactly at closing time : 20:00) and game room. Friendly staff. Good price.

Everything was good except that after we booked, we were told the restaurant was closed. I had cancelled another booking to book this like a day before we were going to leave. So I didn’t want to cancel again and look for a new place. That was disappointing and unusual during the main travel season.

There is a deposit (the same amount that is already paid) that you need to leave upon check in, it's ridiculously stupid, especially after booking and paying everything, you just need to pay twice... Their excuse is that they need to make sure that the room is ok after checking out!!! This is not mentioned before booking, you just MUST leave it at the reception when checking in... I really don't like that, this is a hotel room not a rental car!!

Good breakfast,clean and nice rooms especially the one with a bath,they let us add a day even when we were supposed to leave since it was too good to leave and try something else, transportation to and from airport is okay too! Staff were nice too! All in all if needed id use this again. Thank you ! Everything was okay and nice, so if u are looking for a good place to be in lyon then this is it.

The location isnt perfect for those without a car or bike but other than that it was good.

The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Free parking is a big plus. For visiting the stadium it is convenient. Facilities are clean and nice.

To travel to the city it was almost an hour on public transportation and except one bus it took a 15 minute walk to get to the bus stop. There are not many shops or restaurants within walking distance of the facility. Didn't like climbing into tub to take shower as it is very high.

Very well situated hotel, acceptable clean and quiet. Pretty good restaurant.

The bed mattress... too hard, not nice. The phone - no information what number to use to call reception. The ViFi - no instruction which name to chose nor what user/password use to connect - I was not able to use it, and I did not like to re-dress to go ask at the reception.

The level of cleaning should be a little better.. Some common areas like the elevator, the stairs, and the hallway were pretty neglegted in terms of cleaning. In the room, it was significantly better, but there were some stains/dust here and there. The air-conditioning lowest temp is 23 degrees in August..

We had a great stay, the room was super clean, everything seemed quite new and the staff was also super pleasant. It was also no problem to take the dog to the breakfast room. The breakfast itself was also very good- could have been some more vegan options but at least they had soy milk for the coffee.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff is very attentive. Our room and bathroom was very confortable. It was a good location for us to attend to the footbal match during the Olympics ;)

It's not very close to Lyon but the area is served with buses nearby that easily reach the town.

Very good breakfast, with different choices. Room big enough and clean. Different games to play like bowling, pool, monopoli, etc.. Good value for money

Fitness room looks like abandoned and small, unfortunately. Not recommended if you want to visit Lyon, because far away. Good for a break night or the stadium.
