I had planned to stay with others in a rented flat, which turned out to be too small — I needed a hotel room quickly and for a reasonable price. HESC got me in the very next morning, and the ladies at the desk were super nice and helpful. The room turned out to be the best of my whole 3-week trip around Europe. Great bathroom by European standards, plenty of space for clothes & luggage, well-placed outlets, in-room Nespresso, picturesque windows with flower boxes and a partial view of the Eiffel Tower. Lots of cafes and a Metro station within a 10-minute walk. Great hotel for solo travelers, although it could be a little bit cramped for a couple. Loved it and I’ll be back!

Honestly, I don’t think you could do any better in Paris for the price! If anything, I would have loved to have a lit makeup mirror in the bathroom. 😊

Exceptional staff service. I travelled with my mum (75 years old), and they provided excellent support throughout, including after I left. They recommended several good restaurants and cafes within walking distance, assisted Mum with bookings and metro cards. They also recognised us regardless of who was on the front desk and took care of our needs. The location is walking distance to the metro and the Eiffel Tower, so it was easy to get around. Prehaps slightly more of a walk than ideal on some days given mums age and the fact we had walked a lot throughout the day, but not insurmountable by any standard. There are gardens around the corner and several Parisian style bistros with outdoor seating within a block. The rooms were nicely decorated, and the foyer was welcoming. Cleaning was excellent, the aircon worked, and the shower was hot and strong. We'd highly recommend this hotel (we stayed at a few this trip and thought this was excellent and good value for money).

We had a superior room on the third floor which had a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was modern, nicely decorated with all the facilities that you would expect. There is a lift to all floors. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, local shops, Eiffel Tower, two Metro lines and a bus stop outside the door. Very good breakfast with helpful staff.

The tables in the breakfast room are not fixed - design has beaten function.

If you are looking for well positioned, well priced hotel in walking distance to the Seine, Eiffel Tower and everything that Paris has to offer, the Hotel Eiffel Saint Charles ticks all the boxes. Rooms are small but well appointed and offer Nespresso pod coffee. Great local bars and restaurants including L'abreuvoir - burgers and happy hour, what could go wrong and La Dolce Vita & Gioco - Italian. Best croissants at Vincent Salur boulangerie 👌

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and within walking distance to metro stations and bus stops, making it super convenient to explore Paris. The daily room service was excellent, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a comfy bed, hot shower with great water pressure, a kettle, coffee, a hairdryer, and even a safe. We also loved the free coffee machine in the lounge—a nice touch! The hotel also has a lift, which made things easier, especially with luggage. One of the biggest highlights was the amazing staff. From the warm welcome to their attention to small details, they made us feel truly cared for (ex: they have put my fresh rose in a nice vase filled with water). A special mention to Daniel who worked at the reception, was friendly and spoke with us day to day things and it made homie feeling us. They even allowed early check-in at no extra charge, which was a pleasant surprise. Plus, the check-out time is 12 noon so no rushing in the morning. For security, we were asked to leave the key at reception whenever we went out, which we actually found convenient as we didn’t have to worry about losing it. The hotel also has a gym, sauna, bar, and restaurant, though we didn’t use these facilities. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it, especially for the great service, convenience, and prime location!

A Couple of Minor Downsides: - The room was quite small for the price, (but for two people, it wasn’t a big issue. I must confess with the location it wasn’t surprise as it’s city centre.) - The breakfast options were a bit limited, (but it was fine for us, we gad everything we needed.)

Wonderful atmosphere, the staff was very welcoming and generous, breakfast is great, the view from the window breathtaking. Kindness and readiness of the people working there are priceless. It was our daughter's b'day and they made us find a b'day arranged room with a little present: so cute! Tour Eiffel is less than 10 min walking. The area is not particularly touristic, but there are plenty of resources and attractions around. 5-6 min to the closest metro station (Dupleix), so it's easy to reach everywhere in Paris.

Everything was over expectations, spacious toilet, clean and they have NUXE products in the toilet, I was welcomed in the reception and they gave me a usb charger for my phone and some bakeries complementary and drinks. I received the room earlier than expected . and they put water complementary as well. the view from the reception is CLEAR for the EIFEL tour and its w walking distance from Dupleix metro station M6, they give you a map and at the reception and they are very very friendly.

Everything was perfect. Central location close to metro station, warm and comfortable room ( I stayed in January) and very friendly staff. Especially I liked very cosy breakfast area with 24-hour free water/tea and coffee machine, it was nice to seat there in the evening like in cafe.

15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower right beside Dupleix station and Saint Charles station. So so handy for all travel, we got a three day travel pass so easily got about a wide range of Paris and had the luxury of the hotel in the middle. They take the key everytime you go out which is perfect for not having to worry about pickpockets, and the reception staff are so lovely and someone is there 24 hours a day. Couldn’t rate it highly enough. Road is also basically silent at night.

Not that I didn’t like but the size of the room is what I had read bad reviews about before my stay but honestly it’s a very big double bed and a wardrobe, coffee machine, table , shower , sink and toilet all the necessities in the middle of paris. Even enough room for ironing board.
