Clean hotel room in a good location. The staff were very friendly, and we were able to use their secure luggage storage. There is also a water fountain (filtered and sparkling) available. We stayed for three nights, and it was just perfect for that.

We had a fridge in our room which did not work, it would have been nice to have a cold drink waiting for us when we got back from the city. When we mentioned the problem to the receptionist, she told us it was not a fridge but just a cooler that keeps drinks at the same temperature. However, it clearly has a label stating it is a fridge, and it did not turn on despite being plugged in. It also failed to keep our chilled drinks cold. Also, the provided hair dryer is very outdated and barely blows any hot air (or air at all), so consider bringing your own travel hair dryer rather than relying on the hotel’s one.

The hotel is really placed in an excellent location, right across from one train station and a mere 5-10 minutes walk to the Nord station for easy access to the rest of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed me to check in 2 hours earlier than the check in time. The room was comfortable with aircon/heating and that was very powerful.

As it is right by a train station, the area can be busy at any time. It isn't overwhelmingly busy but does mean that people are around making noise regardless of the hour - the rooms facing the station/street could do with improved soundproofing to block that out. Some modernisation would be great - i.e: the power outlets would be good to have some USB connection ones.

Best point was being able to walk from Gare du Nord Eurostar and be checked into my room in minutes! The location was very handy, right next to the Metro so able to go all round the city from the various lines accessible from Gare d'Est. The hotel has a Monoprix next door which was handy for a few grocery items. Hotel was a nice building, well maintained. Nice breakfast room with a good choice of breakfast buffet. There was a secure luggage room to leave bags after checking out.

Not the best area in terms of local restaurants but the convenience of access to Eurostar and easy access to places like the Marais, where there is great choice, via Metro offset that for me.

the staff was friendly and helpful, that was the best part of our stay! the room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. They had a functioning elevator and offered breakfast but idk if it was good because we didn't have it. Airco was greatly appreciated on a Paris summer day of 32 degrees! For the price we paid it was a great deal.

the fridge in the room was broken but the staff was super friendly and let us use the kitchen fridge, still not ideal/convenient but appreciated. the hour display in the tv was too bright, would have obscured it if I had stayed more than one night. None was a deal breaker for us.

I had an unexpected overnight stay in Paris and needed to be close to the railway station, so this hotel was conveniently located. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and great value for money. The staff seemed very nice. When I was checking in, there was a very aggressive couple shouting at the receptionist (I would have called the police for harassment if I was the receptionist), so the other receptionist who seemed to have been off her shift already checked me in. I appreciated that. Still, I felt police should handle this type of harassment; people at work should be protected from aggressive customers. Whatever they were unhappy about (from what I heard, nothing major), that behaviour is unacceptable in civilised world.

Close to metro, nice interior, cosy rooms, comfy bed, good shower.

At afternoon a worker opened door while we slept and tried to enter the room, the administrator told that is our own fault, as we did not put "do not disturb" sign. It feels that belongings are not safe. Moreover, in the morning 2 cleaning workers where extra load speaking to each other, bouncing doors and when we asked to be more silent as people sleep, a man tried to enter the room and with unhappy face telling "we work here". Literally very rude staff.

Very convenient for Gare de Nord and Gare de L’Est. Clean and quiet. This is my 4th or 5th stay at this hotel. Well priced for Paris. Receptionists speak some English. Nice bistro conveniently located next door.

I had breakfast for the first time and it seemed a bit overpriced. Some single rooms are very small. Heating is not set high enough. It snowed and was below freezing. The receptionist said they weren’t allowed to increase the heat above 23oC but it was much colder in the room. I ended up buying a hot water bottle at the pharmacy opposite to be able to keep the bed warm enough.

Hotel is situated right next to Gare de l'Est station, and less than 10 mins walk to Gare du Nord, which was very convenient as we arrived at one and left from the other. Also easy metro journey to the city centre. We got a free upgrade to a privilege room which was a very nice bonus. Very comfortable! Staff were super-friendly, breakfast was great. They also have good luggage storage if you are leaving later in the day.

Fridge wasn't working but we didn't need it.

They overbooked me and I loved that I was in a double room with a lot of space and a large bathroom. I particularly loved the bathroom cause it was specious and super clean. The staff was very nice and helpful, I loved that there is always someone at all times so one feels safe and cared for. I was able to ask for an invoice as requested for my company and to get it the next day with all the details requested so I could tell that the staff communicates well between each other and place the guest's requests at the center.

Unfortunately since we are close to the train station, we can feel and hear the trains passing by and maybe it was because I was on the first floor but I found it disturbing. I would recommand requesting a room on a higher floor if you are a light sleeper like me.

The location of the hotel is near both train stations. It had many quick restaurant and mini store locations. We enjoy walking so it wasn't bad to get to most monuments.

The downfall of being near train stations is that you have many people hanging around the stations. The area was chaotic so if you want a calm location this isn't for you. It does get quieter as the night goes on.
