Front desk and Roof Top Bar and Dining Room staff were phenomenal!! We had the view of the Eiffel Tower. This was by special request of the person we were celebrating and while it was more expensive it was well worth the memories. The bed and the sofa bed were extremely comfortable and the bathroom (Shower/sink) was roomy. Took a little getting used to, that the toilet was in one room and the rest in another. Safe and fridge in the room and a few drinks (juice/water) were provided. We didn't watch tv (our French is un peu) but the wifi was fast and we were able to stream the little we were in the room. We had breakfast one morning (well worth it - food fresh and wide variety) and frequented the roof top bar several times. Great view, Hummus was delicious and just fun to relax outside the room. On our 2nd evening the ceiling developed a leak (actually a wet spot on the ceiling and wall - no dripping, etc). The hotel was fully booked (they offered to find us another hotel but we didn't want to move) and the staff went out of their way to get us taken care of and moved the next morning. The hotel is quiet and very safe (near a Police Hotel/station). There were several places to eat nearby and there were 2 different Metro stations you could leave from. PS: They have air conditioning. Not always a necessity but when Paris is warm, it is great to come into. The housekeepers were also extremely friendly and helpful in sorting our trash in order to maximize our recycling. Definitely would stay here again and again and again!!

The security is nice to see but as long as one person on the elevator has a key, not everyone badges with their card. Sometimes I wasn't sure who should be in the elevator. But that is minor as you must walk past the front desk to get to the elevator. Both rooms we were in had issues with the USB ports. So grateful to have them but all the ports near the bed did not work. They put a work order in as we were leaving Never knew USB ports would go bad per se but since we had 2 episodes in 2 different rooms, might consider a rotation to check them.

Comfortable beds, clean property. The complimentary drinks were very nice and so was the water dispenser for water bottles. The breakfast was very good and fresh every day. The cleaning staff were exceptionally kind.

It didn’t feel welcoming or inviting. Only one of the days did someone help us find a table to have breakfast. Many times we’d check in with staff, find a table and wait for silverware only to give up on waiting and having to fetch our own. I couldn’t help but notice French-speaking patrons were treated much kinder despite being polite and never complaining.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. Its location was incredibly convenient, making it a breeze to explore Paris. While my room didn't have a great view, it was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The real highlight was the rooftop view of the Eiffel Tower, which was simply spectacular. The staff was also wonderfully accommodating, ensuring a memorable experience overall. Highly recommended!

Could show more leniency when it comes to flight cancellations. I could not check in for the first night of my stay because Air France cancelled my flight from Rome to Paris and I still had to pay for that night, although I notified the hotel staff of the inconvenience.

9.75 The location is great, nearby a metro station and bus stop that serves throughout Paris. The staff is warm , friendly and prompt with our enquiries and request. The executive suite room with the Eiffel view is really once in a lifetime gem, it showcases Eiffel from a distance , its a worth it for its price.

-0.25. Minor nick pick. Throughout the stay , our shampoo dispenser kept dropping during our shower time. Despite this , the service staff are prompt in our request and it was repaired quickly whenever we return to the room after our travels in Paris.

They add a EUR 20 charge to every person for each night! They say that this is for breakfast but it is added to your bill whether or not you have breakfast. You have to request the charge to be removed from your bill. This is disingenuous and is trying to overcharge guests, most of whom will be unaware of the added charge. The room could do with a repaint. Lots of loud building work next door, which perhaps the hotel could not do much about.

We loved the location. It has a lot of grocery stores, bakeries, fromageries, vine shops... Pizza Hut has the best food! Chicken tasty is perfect! We liked the safety, staff, and the bar at the top with a great view of Eifel Tower. Also the water machine on the floor where you can get free sparkling water is great! Hotel has an awesome luggage storage service. In the room you have a little fridge that fits all of your franprix food. WiFi is good. On first day it was so cold that we asked for a heater, and we got one. We really did enjoy our stay!

Toilet has no sink, so you have to go to bathroom to wash your hands. Shower sounds like a jet taking off. Sink is weird... Room door do not close all the way automatically, and you can see a lot of rooms being open actually because room door weren't closed. Bar at the top and the restaurant at ground level are too damn expensive!!!

Would have been great if we had different options for breakfast, especially vegetarian. Anyway, food quality and taste were very good.

The location was very close of the Metro and bus station. I reccomand travelling by bus, because is very comfortable and gest you the chance to see Paris. Breakfast was tasty and it contain qualitative products ( not many, but quality is a priority). The rooftop bar has a wonderfull view. Everybody is willing to help you If you need Something.

The room is very dark. You can not see inside the closet withouth phone lantern. The habit of guests leaving they plates near their door in hall, after eating, gives You the " opportunity" to step in food rests in your way to your room. Maybe a place at the end of the hall can be a solution.

Wonderful view of the Eiffel tower from the bar in 7th floor. Exceed expectations. Area close to metro station, feels safe as it is across police station.

Serious issues with managing breakfast and restaurant. Waited 20-30 min for a seat for breakfast. The same for dinner. Its facilities are not aligned to the Nr of people they book in for breakfast. Overall a terrible experience everything connected to their food service and breakfast or dinner. We were in 1st floor and heard metro during the night- so noisy.
