We liked being right on the beach. We could snorkel right there though the water was a bit rough some days. We liked being on the quiet side of the island. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We liked having the kitchen so we could have breakfast there. There was a nice balcony with water view. The service was very quick when we had issues. We had good meals at the restaurant and drinks at the outside bar. The concierge helped us book some excursions.

Our next door neighbor smoked on the balcony. The bathroom was very small. The concierge was a bit too pushy about the time share sales. She wanted us to go to a presentation but we were not interested.

We've gone to the Reef resort for twenty-three years. Eight times by our count. Several reasons. First, all rooms face the ocean. Te resort is on the east end of the island, so it is whisper quiet compared the the cacophony of Seven Mile Beach. (You may prefer the cacophony. We do not.) There are wonderful restaurants and places within a short drive, Tukka's, Rum Point, the Botanical Garden, a Parrot Rescue. Innumerable great dive locations if you scuba dive.

Wyndham has allowed the hot tub spa pool to decline. Only one of the six or seven jets now actually work. The rest are either tepid or missing. This was a GREAT diappointment, as we enjoy a hot whirlpool soak at the end of the day. Please repair it.

Good low-rise hotel in great location on East End beach. Lots of loungers on pleasant beach with calm waters inside the Reef. Ate breakfast (charged for) twice and then bought food at supermarket over the road. Also nice Italain restaurant next door. Very little else on this part of the island, so a good place to relax. Fun to play bingo in the afternoons.

Whole hotel could do with a spruce up - some rusted railings, and in need of a paint job. But a pleasant ambience, and families certainly enjoyed themselves.

Excellent Stay. Food was great, drinks were even better. Secluded. Peaceful. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Access to other parts of the island, reasonable. Will stay here again.

Only main issue is only half of the room costs were charged when I booked on Booking; leaving a balance I didn't notice until we got there. Which led to a confusion as to whether the booking discount had actually been applied. I place this more on Booking as it seems many of their processes have changed over the years that don't always make things straight forward as they used to be. Things like cleaning fees, deposits, partial charges were never a thing in the past but increasingly so now. This skews the search parameters and you have to be diligent about reading the fine print when booking. Next time I may just go straight to the resort instead of using booking as the middle man.

The condo itself was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. The real treasure is the location directly on the beach. It is on the quiet end of the island so you never have to fight for a beach or pool chair. The staff is absolutely the BEST. The food is delicious, from mahi fish tacos to a top chef inspired filet mignon dinner, I enjoyed every bite. The value is unbeatable.

I loved everything. Be prepared however, you are far from seven mile beach and Georgetown. The staff will gladly assist you in touring those areas or renting a car if you are brave enough to drive on the other side of the road!

Check in was easy. The beachfront villa was larger than I expected and much cleaner than anticipated. In fact, the tile floors were so clean I could walk barefoot on them and the bottoms of my feet stayed clean! The bedroom is large with lots of dresser and closet space and a super comfy king bed. VERY QUIET at night. The kitchen was clean, well-furnished, and had a nice big new refrigerator with ice maker. We loved sitting on our little balcony at night listening to the ocean surf which rolled in on the beach just steps from our building. I mean, the ocean is only about 12 yards from the room. Also, the pools are kept clean and the beaches are cleaned every morning. The Wednesday night seafood buffet was delicious and worth the rather steep price. This is not a place to come to for excitement and fun. It's a quiet place to come and get refreshed. Also, it's within walking distance of a small grocery store and nice Italian restaurant.

The East End is windy which can make the ocean murky. The beach is lovely, but the swimming here is not great. You are, however, just 25 minutes from the calm waters at Rum Point. Also, the East end doesn't have a lot of good restaurants like you find at Seven Mile Beach. It does, however, offer peace and quiet.

Loved this trip. As far as all inclusives go, this one is much more laid back. There were fun activities (although wish there were more in the evening) and food and drinks were excellent. Would have been nice to get more interaction and direction from the water sports facility. We saw kayaks on the beach but never saw anyone kayaking or doing anything other than snorkeling, that would have been nice to do.

More activities, would love if premium all-inclusive would include wait staff to bring you drinks poolside and on the beach. Only one beach bar to order from and sometimes there was a wait.

Our room was beautiful overlooking the ocean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The weather was warm and the great escape from Maryland winter.

The balconies were not private. We had been informed,so it was no surprise. But would be a great addition if they could make a true visual divider so that neighboring balconies cannot look right onto your bed.

This place is amazing! It had everything we needed - activities every day - really good food, a beautiful pool and beach front, the staff was so helpful and friendly. If you see some of the other reviews, be wary - I think people didn't do their research - this hotel is on the other end of the island from Georgetown, so although not in the bustling area where other resorts are, it has SO much to offer in peace and quiet and scenery - not to mention that everyone that booked it and then didn't leave a glowing review knows why the booked it in the first place - it was SO MUCH cheaper than any other hotel available anywhere on the island - so if you want cheaper, then you might also need to rent a car to get around. But the hotel is glad to arrange transportation and Georgetown shopping trips and so much other fun stuff! This was a great vacation and the Wyndam Reef is really special!

Nothing - it was so cute and awesome and I loved the staff and the environment and just how EASY everything was once we arrived. I would definitely come back here and stay again. Just so lovely - no complaints at all.

All the food was pretty good. Our room location was perfect. Bed was comfortable, room was fine. Beach, chairs, pools, beach bar all were great. Quite and calming environment.

3 day cleaning was to long. Internet was terrible. No servers out at the beach. Drink prices were high but that seemed true for the island as well. The Beach is great, water socks recommended, getting in the ocean is a bit rough. Gravely.
