Great location with coffee/cafe vans out front each night. Easy walk along ocean front each morning even shown by local little spot for a swim.

Breakfast pretty ordinary, no fresh juice was biggest let down. Room ok beautiful view however hot water issues mini bar fridge issues which were kind of rectified, house keeping not real good 5 night stay and all they did was make beds sweep and change towels oh and the 2 day old food tray across from our room required me to complain to reception. Laundry so expensive! Pool opening hours 6-6 seemed a bit crappy 3rd level bar not being operational was a let down. Staff were helpful if you could find them. One last thing no signage or help to guide you to reception on late check-in just a grumpy security in the apartment complex.

Best Western The Lagoon has always treated me like a king. Any problems are immediately addressed. The breakfast buffet is wide and varied. It’s in an awesome location right on the water. There are little coffee vans right on the water in front to relax and watch the sunset. They have a great pool with an amazing view. And their gym has everything you could need to stay in shape. When in Manado, this is my go to hotel.

I recently stayed at Best Western The Lagoon Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The views were absolutely stunning, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. The food was great, with a variety of delicious options available. My room was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities, especially the infinity pool, were simply epic. This hotel is ideal for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Manado! Highly recommend it!

Property in the Beachfront, a quiet area because it is not directly on the main road with very good service in the room also in the restaurant, and throughout the hotel area. Spacious and clean room, friendly and welcoming staff. Very enjoyable sea view from the room and restaurant.

Great Stay! Clean, convenient and friendly employees that make the guests feel welcome. Good housekeeping and quiet location with easy access to public transportation and plenty of fusion food choices.

None. Everything is very good with the stay, nothing to complain about actually. Perhaps the only complain is you get a max of 2 bottles of water per day, any additional bottle request, you have to pay.

The location of the hotel offers some stunning views over the bay of Manado. The rooms were reasonably clean and the breakfast was varied enough.

Some of the facilities were in need of repair, particularly the rooms' bathrooms. The elevators had constant problems with reading everyone's cards and the number (2) was insufficient to accommodate the traffic of guests for such a large structure.

We stayed on the 11th floor, the view was stunning, the staff was really friendly and caring, the breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious (big up to the roti pudding).

The laundry prices are crazy expensive, this is basically what you would pay in Europe. Our rooms on our first stay were not as clean as they should have been.

This was our second stay, staff was still incredible, room was a lot cleaner, view and location are perfect, the roti pudding is still the best, dinner was yummy.

Pool was closed at 6pm on a Thursday night which is surprisingly early.

I had a room with a view of the ocean. Bed was very comfortable. They have a great pool with a view out to the islands. Breakfast was excellent, a buffet. I'm vegetarian and plenty of options for me. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. I was being picked up at 2pm to go to the islands and they generously allowed me a late checkout at 2pm. I'll definitely return.
