The overall stay was nice. They offer two variations of breakfast (6€ and 12€) from the same buffet with lots of nice delicious variety. And also an option to have breakfast in your own room (didnt try it). The food was great from its restaurant. The room was nicely air-conditioned. Bus stations are around and also small super market and other eating places around. Just to mention that you pay at the check-in time and if breakfast is not included you pay before having each breakfast. It eases the check-out time.

- Quite far from main attractions of Rome. Around 45 mins to Colosseo (with one transit from bus to train) although manageable. -It was mentioned that the room is carpeted, however ours was not. - Our room directly opens in the outside that let mosquitoes in. - The hotel lobby and restaurant needs better air-conditioning.

We chose the hotel because it is corporate. The hotel was above our expectations. The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly. It was very good that they provided a free shuttle service to the airport with a reservation.

The location of the hotel is far from the center. From Roma Termini, you can take the Metro B line to the EUR Fermi stop in 20 minutes. From there, you can take the 705 bus from the bus station and reach the hotel in 35-40 minutes. However, the bus does not pass very often, it passes every hour.

I liked the restaurant in the property and the space of the room. The staff were helpful in securing us a taxi for the two days we were there.

The bathroom was a bit dated and the door wouldn’t close properly. The lighting was also not the best so it was difficult to get ready. It was also fairly far from the city but a decent distance from the airport.

This hotel is located outside of Rome. We booked a night to rest in preparation for the next morning flight. It is located around 20 minutes drive to both international airports ( FCO and CIA) and the hotel provides free shuttle busses upon request. The room was cozy, warm , beds and pillows were perfect. And the breakfast exceeded all our expectations. Thank you all the kind staff for your welcoming smiles and rapid services.

Only small bars of soap were available at the bathroom. Also we had some trouble trying to figure out how to run the electricity using the door key - the lights were on for a while and then suddenly they turned off!

The breakfast is very good, with plenty of delicious food to eat. And also, the service is professional and polite.

The location is far from the downtown, and there are almost no tourist point for visiting near by. We need to take the bus or have other transportation ways to go to other places.

The Location was excellent for our needs and free parking was a bonus. The included Breakfast was fantastic there was a great choice. The Staff were very friendly nothing was too much for them.

Was a little disappointed that the Swimming pool was not in use.

Facilities and general areas very good. Staff were brilliant and very helpful.

The rooms give the impression that the hotel is being run down. Carpets stained. Headboards removed and not replaced, showing the oval shape they had been. Just not matching the general areas. This hotel is not for long stays and it's main business seems to be single business people on an overnight.

Staff was great, breakfast was great. We stayed one night only.

Bed sheets could have been replaced with new ones. They were old and had holes in them. The TVs were old. The shower could use an update.

It was very clean, and accomodated our needs. First we was given a sofa bed but after complaining that it wasnt comfortable they changed our rooms to bwtter beds.

The website had pictures of a swimming pool. But wasnt available. Then the pics should be taken off.

The morning staff were exceptionally helpful especially at the front desk. But late night shift when we checked, there was a single person following an outdated long process. It took us 40 min to check in 2 rooms at 3Am.

Everything else was amazing.
