It's more or less an airport hotel, though there is golf nearby. Being an airport has its upsides - we enjoyed seeing the cabin crew arrive, then relax, then get ready to go back east again, all perfectly turned out. And it is likely that the hotel is maintained to high standards to avoid losing lucrative airline business - a form of third party endorsement if you like. Service was very friendly as you would expect from Italians and the food and drink good. Staff were knowledgable and helpful. Very nice patio with an enticing looking swimming pool (but see below....) We found it a very convenient base to start a trip to Italy, just a short ride from FCO. Central Rome was a 20 minute taxi ride away - c. 30 Euros, and there is a regular shuttle bus at 10 Euros per person, so it is practical for the City Centre

I was disappointed the swimming pool was not open. It was unseasonably hot and sunny at the time of our visit (early April), but I guess the opening period is dictated by the "normal" weather for the time of year, when you will often see Italians safely wrapped up when the temperature is below 68 degrees Farenheit... So, mid-May it should be open.

Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. There's free parking in Sheraton 2 which was very convenient as well. Staff is very friendly and efficient. I didn't have any issues, but you could see they were very worried about providing a good service.

There wasn't anything in the minibar and considering it's outside of town, this would have been helpful. They do give you complementary waters though. Also, had a tough time figuring out the hot water in the shower (this is an issue in Italian hotels!). I also suggested to them to have more weights in the fitness room as they only had heavy ones (more focused on what me would use in a weight room)

Excellent choice of breakfast from full English to continental, fresh fruit, pastries and yogurts, staff were all very attentive, and welcoming. Great start to the day. Our room was cleaned every day and clean towels provided daily. The room was spacious, and a very comfortable nights rest. We used the free Shuttle to the ‘Village’ where there are more restaurants off site if required.

All staff were very accommodating and was made to feel very welcome on arrival as well as being helpful with regards any questions/queries I had. Location was peaceful and ideal for the work purposes of my trip.

High standard hotel and very comfortable room, very pleasant and kind staff at reception desk and in food and beverage services. Premium quality and very good assortment in breakfast experience. Special mention to Reservations Manager Mrs Beleggia, very professional in customer care.

The customer service was outstanding, staff were extremely welcoming and the food was sensational and the pool was such a nice touch especially with the heat wave going on in Rome at the moment !

The only thing that was a tiny issue I’d say was location however hotel did offer buses and services, but the pool makes up for a the location being a little far from all the main areas

The Sheraton resort was beautiful! Our flight was cancelled last minute so we had to find a place quickly. This hotel didn't disappoint. The pool was great, food was delicious and staff was incredibly friendly and attentive! Highly recommend this hotel.

Even though website stated there was an airport shuttle there was none available. The hotel arranged a vehicle for us which accommodated our group of 6. Driver was very friendly and we arrived at the airport on time.

Air conditioning wasn’t working and maintenance never showed up. My husband ended up sorting out the problem. Someone hadn’t closed the patio doors properly and air conditioner wouldn’t work. My daughters room the shower sprayed water all over the bathroom.

Staff very kind and willing to find solutions to the customer's requests. Room average size but very clean! Bathroom rather small but very clean! Bed comfort: top!

Carpet in the hallway in third floor (building 1) needs some renovation. Building 1 sign should be better illuminated. After booking, the customer should be informed which building to go for check-in.
